I worked with Petros. I wish I hadn't. I wouldn't even recommend him to my worst enemy. Though he travels under the guise of an honest person, he is dishonest, deceiving, and unprofessional. My Mercedes had a cracked windshield, so of course it needed to be replaced. Now, I want to point out that I don't have very much knowledge about windshield glass, so I was a bit nervous and recalled that I had worked with a company many years ago to repair a window for my old truck and I still had their card. I honestly wish I hadn't and I'll tell you why. When I first called, Petros (or Peter) came to my home to remove and replace the windshield. I informed him that I wanted the windshield to be original, not after-market. He assured me that he would install just that. So, I paid him about $900 and he installed the new glass. Later, when I got into the car, I noticed the glass he installed had been cracked during installation, of which I was not informed. I called him, and he said he would send someone over to take care of it. While he was installing the second windshield, he informed me that this new glass would be "much better" than the previous one he installed. I gave him $75 as a tip, just to thank him for coming out again. Here is where things get even worse. I went on a trip about a week after the windshield was replaced. There is now a whistling noise in the car every time I go over 30 mph, and though the glass on an S550 Mercedes is meant to be sound-proof to provide a comfortable ride, I no longer have this feature. When it rains, the windshield-wiper sensors no longer work the way they are meant to: they go fast, slow, or they don't work at all, though I haven't changed the setting. When the sun is out, I have to blast the a/c to keep the car mildly cool, because the windshield doesn't reflect any of the heat. I contacted Petros, and let him know all of my concerns, let him know the issues I was having. He came back out and took a look at the windshield. At this point he told me that the windshield he installed does not have these features (although, if you recall, at the time of installation he assured me that the windshield would have the these features). He told me my option would be to purchase the glass myself (~$1100), and he would install it. After all I paid, he wanted me to go and pay another $1100? For something that could have been taken care of in the first place, I now have to pay twice. After all of this, I gave Petros a call, to see what he could do to fix the problem. He told me that he was sick and tired of dealing with the issue, and didn't want to deal with it anymore. He said he would just refund me $300 to be done with it. He then hung up. Ten minutes later he called me, just to kindly inform me that if he refunds my money, he will also take a trip to my home to break my windshield. Because he has lost money with me. Now I am left having paid $975, still needing a new windshield, and a threat looming over my head. Thank you, Petros.

Just had my 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV windshield replaced. When I called to get a price quote the customer service rep told me the price and asked for a $50 deposit. I paid it and when the technician Hector came out 4 hours later to do the job he did a great job with the replacement and calibrated my ADAS system. When I paid, Hector told me the price, which was 50 more than expected. The customer service rep failed to mention the total price wasnt including deposit but I was at work so I didnt have time to argue the point. Overall, I was very happy with Hectors work but whoever the customer service rep was that quoted me, I'd give 4.5 stars for that. This place however is fast, reliable and reasonably priced. I'd use them again but would get a more clear answer on the deposit and cost in the future.

So glad I called P & G! Excellent customer service from the scheduler, Alexa, to the installer, Hector. I had a same day, mobile appointment and was given a two-hour timeframe. My front windshield had a crack line that kept increasing due a small chip. Hector arrived with my new windshield. He kindly explained what he was going to do, answered my questions, replaced the windshield, and tested it. Thoughtfully, he even put my car dealer’s reminder sticker for the next oil change from my old windshield onto my new windshield. I preferred to chose this local small business, P & G, with great reviews and more affordable for me than a higher-priced, big company that wouldn’t do a mobile service. When in need, call P & G!

They were very polite and nice on the phone when I called. They gave me a start time of 10:00 a.m. to come and replace a window. They showed up around 1:30 p.m. which was okay. Luckily, I was not in a rush. They gave me a quote of $175 and it ended up being $195. The replacement window for my van did not quite fit so they hammered in the opening a couple of inches but did not want to replace the window with the screws. Instead they put this black tar around the window and it is not flush with the rest of the van and it's actually rather sloppy. I will have to cut off some of that black tar which is about an inch thick. They seemed to be in a very big rush which I contribute the sloppiness too, but they did come and they did replace it even though it wasn't exactly right.

I wish more businesses operated like P & G Auto Glass! On Friday evening, my car was broken into through the rear passenger window—an obvious problem I couldn’t just drive around with. When I reached out to P & G Auto Glass, they immediately offered me a choice: bring the car to their shop or have a technician come to a location of my choosing. Saturday morning, Hector—the kindest and most professional technician I’ve ever met—arrived at my selected spot. In less than an hour, he not only replaced the window but also vacuumed and cleaned my car, removing every trace of shattered glass! Hector was incredibly polite and respectful throughout the entire process. From the start, he explained exactly what to expect, setting me at ease. By the time he finished, it was as if the break-in never happened—and all for a very affordable price! For comparison, my dealership quoted a ridiculous fee, demanded I drop off the car, and said it would take two days. P & G Auto Glass provided exceptional, professional service that far exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely amazed by companies like this that set such a high standard. Thank you, P & G—you truly made my day!

This was by far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with any glass repair shop! Life happens and apparently it was my cars turn to get hit with the worlds heaviest unopened pine cone thus shattering my front windshield 😓. Progressive was quoting me $319 not including tax and the repair shop was 45 mins away! Saw P&G Glass and all the great reviews. I’m always worried about calling places for quotes because it’s always a hassle. Not P&G Glass! Super courteous, had a quote within two mins that was a great price AND they offer to come to you!!! For free! With Covid-19 and having a young child this was actually a godsend! Within two hours of my quote the technician was at my house already repairing the glass. He was super quick and very professional with gloves and mask on which I appreciated! Also you can have a completely contactless payment as they use Venmo.
