Orange Blossom Auto Glass Jacksonville Repair & Windshield Replacement & Calibration

My ex boyfriend busted out my rear window so I was pretty frantic on getting it fixed asap. I called about 20 different auto glass repair companies and orange blossom was able to get out to me within 24-48 hours of my call and quoted me 40% less than competitors. They even offered to beat a competitors price if I found a better one which I did and they beat that! A couple weeks later, I noticed there was a warp in the glass they had replaced it with and they emailed me asking how the glass was doing. I told them about the issue via email and 20 minutes later, they called me and set up an appointment for a free replacement. I spoke with Ashley. She was very professional and understanding with our situation. She asked a few questions, contacted our insurance company set everything up after 5pm! She had a technician to our residence by 9:30 am the next morning. Freddy was honest, courteous, knowledgeable, professional. These 2 are an amazing team. Took care of us from start to finish!!!! Easy setup for appointment. Bebe was great and setup everything with insurance. The installation techs were so fast I wondered if they even did the job. They did do the job fast an efficiently. Some other well known national company didn't have a way to come to me and reset the cars safety sense cameras and other items. This company was able to do this without the need to go to their location like the other company needed to inconvenience me.

I first called Safelite and they were considerably more expensive. Orange Blossom gave me a discounted quote and did not charge extra( like Safelite$35) to come to my home for the installation. I had an appointment between 12 noon and 4 p.m., the technician was here by 1 p.m. and called me when he was on his way. He was very professional and efficient. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Never told me that glass replacement and recalibration of safety cameras would be a 2 day event. 2 separate appointments . Their tech was a subcontractor who could only do the glass. I will have to drive for a week without my safety features . Use anybody else if possible. i do not recommend their service . First of all, very polite and professional from the phone call to set up appt. to the replacement of my son's windshield. Everything was handled over the phone and they even contacted the insurance company and bcuz it was the windshield $0 money out of pocket. It pays to have full coverage on your vehicles. The person that came out was professional, friendly, punctual and fast. Brand new windshield and we're happy.
