The service was quick, they showed up when the estimated time was, the cost was only for the parts so no extra cost for the labor. A very high quality replacement of my broken rear window for the lowest possible price is an amazing combination. (Before and after pictures included in the post). I had a small window broken into a couple years back and had found this place. The service was comparable both times!

I've been here for a few windshields now with multiple cars and each time I use the website to get a quote they contact me and set up an appointment asap. Not only are they quick contacting you back but they work just as fast quick easy installation every time I come. This is my go to Auto Glass Shop. 10/10 will recommend to all my friends.

I had my Honda Accord replaced here last year and they did a great job. I started hearing some air coming in and called them. They gladly fixed it for me right away as part of their warranty. Great company. I would highly recommend it.

The boss was dishonest, asking random prices, the price was unreasonable, the installed glass leaked air, and charged the door-to-door installation fee for no reason. I went back to the shop for repairs and dismantled my car. Terrible, will definitely not refer any friends here. I hope you don't come

The windshield installed has scratches on the inside one that is really deep and there is a whooshing noise while driving so clearly the windshield was not installed properly. There was valve adhesive smeared in the inside and on the windows and windshield and the plastic cover of my rear view mirror wasn’t put back on properly. Now I have to take it to a reputable company to redo their horrible work. Do not use this company, they are cheap.

I meant to leave this review much earlier because I was not happy with the attitude of the guy that was sent to do the work. When he arrived to do the work my dad stood outside and was watching him and the guy did not like that. He threw attitude at my dad and my dad went back inside the house. He was clearly uncomfortable being watched. It makes sense because he didn't do a great job. He left the plastic pieces behind the rear view mirror loose and they've been loose ever since my installation in January. I never got around to calling them back until June and the guy is telling me to call him back on Monday to schedule for someone to come out and fix those plastic pieces. He didn't say whether they would come out to me because they don't service my area he just said that they would fix it. He couldn't pull up any of my information because it's a Saturday, yet he still answered the phone. Very annoyed, it's just a simple fix that I could probably do myself I'm just pissed that I paid $350 for an attitude and poorly done work. EDIT: I called back on Monday as I was asked to do but they don't service my area. I really didn't want to drive out to Pomona or Whittier (I have an electric car) and he said they don't service my area. I told him they did a bad job to begin with so they should make an exception since it was their fault. His answer was no. I decided to go to a nearby auto glass place and the guy there told me they put the WRONG WINDSHIELD. The entire windshield needed replacing. When I called Orange Auto Glass and told them that they had put the wrong windshield Michael became extremely angry and started screaming at me and saying that it was my word against his and that he was going to block my number. He refused to give me a refund or replacement (they would have to replace the entire windshield). I have to go to small claims to get my money back. The guy that owns this company is unhinged. UPDATE 9/11/24: "Michael" was served on 7/31 after refusing to speak to a mediator. He has not made any effort to contact me, replace my windshield, or give me a refund. The day he was served he called me FOUR TIMES and texted me twice, saying he had mt windshield and to contact him. Since I had already filed I decided to wait for my court date. He then proceeded to SEND HIS EMPLOYEE to my parents house without warning to look for me. My mom told him I wasn't there and then called me to let me know. This is completely out of line and scary. I blocked his number but still got a text message telling me I would not get my money even if I went to court. Just had my hearing today and "Michael" didn't show. I won the case. This guy is completely unhinged and mentally unstable. I would rather pay more and go somewhere else than to deal with this nightmare. I was very worried for my family because he has their address. This place isn't worth the stress and anxiety.
