Onsite Auto Glass (MyLocalGlass) Clearly Your Local Choice

Before I even got through the door I was greeted with a smile from Betty Jo and Norm. I have had several vehicles throughout the years and Norm at Onsite Auto Glass has replaced the windshield in each of them. I would not go anywhere else to get my windshield replaced or repaired. This company goes above and beyond what needs to be done without nickel and diming you. I have never had a leaky windshield after taking it to Onsite Auto Glass and I keep my vehicles well over 350,000 miles some to 479,000. They also had my insurance paperwork done for me and made it so easy for me so that I did not have to deal with the insurance company myself. I am so happy with the service and hospitality I received from Betty Jo and Norm. I will continue to business here forever. 10 out of 10 stars!

Very unprofessional,see my yelp review for further details. Norm doesn't value his work and honestly neither do I. To have a company belittle you or your vehicle is unprofessional to say the VERY LEAST. I've had several other windshields replaced by other REPUTABLE COMPANIES since my unfortunate treatment by this condescending little man for easily 1/3 of the price with no attitude, no condescension and a hell of a lot more professionalism. Do yourself a favor check out the many many places that will treat you decently. Even if he could save me money the extra expense would easily outweigh the bitter taste left in my mouth by even talking to this clownNegativeProfessionalism

I could only wish that all businesses that i had to deal with were as great as this one! They got me in same day but I could not make it, so they took care of my windshield first thing the next day and had it ready for me in time to take care of every thing I had to do in the early afternoon! When it was time to pick up, I did not have a way to get to shop and they came and picked me up in a snowstorm! When I arrived all my insurance work was all ready taken care of and everything was explained to me! I got in my car to drive home and noticed that the front of my car was vacuumed for me! Wow!!! The only reason I gave them a five star review is because I could not give them 6 or more! Thanks for all you did and people do not hesitate to travel to them! Worth the trip!!!!

What an amazing experience I had with Onsite Auto Glass!!! Called to set up an appointment, expecting to schedule a few weeks out and nope, they got my truck in the next day!!!!! Very professional and answered all my questions with no hesitations. Also, loved the fact they are locally owned and operated. I would rather help out local businesses then corporate. I recently needed to replace my windshield after it failed to pass State inspection, and Onsight was able to work me in quickly so I could get my car back to legal in the state of Maine. They had a great price for my older car's windshield and they even went a little farther than most places because the previous windshield had been put on so poorly they had to put in more time to fix it. They did not charge me for that service and they got me out the door quickly. I know I will be back if I ever need another windshield and I recommend them highly to work on your car as well. I brought my 2022 Bmw here to fix a cracked windshield. I’ve been to other windshield shops in the past and On-site in Windham provides far superior service, quality and customer service than anywhere else. They had to custom order my windshield due to it being not a very common model. The process was streamlined and stress free. I gave them my insurance info and they did the rest! They made sure I was getting a genuine factory windshield from BMW and they installed it using the highest quality materials. This is the only place in southern Maine I’ll ever get my windshield replaced from now on.
