I can only recommend OROZCO AUTO GLASS for auto glass repair for now on! On my way home from work, I got a chip in my windshield, and with a long trip planned the next day, I was worried. I called and Carlos answered right away. The next morning, he arrived promptly and not only repaired my vehicle but also took care of my daughter's car, which had a chip as well. Such fast and quality work. We needed help with a side window that some random person broke out of our vehicle on a Sunday. We called and they quoted us an incredibly reasonable price, very respectful, very kind. He was out the very next day and was meticulous in his work. Couldn't have asked for a better result. He answered the phone Saturday afternoon and to get it done Monday morning couple other companies said a week out he showed up on time did the job great awesome friendly I would recommend them anytime on the ball. So full disclosure I did not end up using Orozco, as my insurance didn't have it listed as one of their preferred companies which meant I would have had to pay up front and then be reimbursed by them, so I went with a different company that my insurance agreed to pay immediately. However, I'm leaving this review simply because the owner through that whole process was incredibly courteous, professional, and kind. I contacted him about three separate times about the work I needed done on my vehicle, asking multiple questions pretty much each time, and he was extremely nice every time we talked. Even when I informed him that I had to go with a different company, he was still extremely pleasant and professional. While it didn't work out this time, I intend to keep his company in mind for any future times I may need help. Thanks, Orozoco!
