I'm here to update my review. I must say the technician they originally sent did a one star job; However, the moment Lori, their Director of Customer Success heard about my experience she went into full customer success mode and made everything perfect and a smooth process to get my vehicle and glass in perfect condition! I was astonished at the level of commitment from this company to make my experience the best ever and getting my car in even better conditional than it was before they serviced my car in the first place. In a world where putting the customer first seems to be long gone...it is not with NuVision Auto Glass! I highly recommend this company and appreciate their commitment to their customers!

Signed up with a person that came to our door saying we had dings in the windshield. BIG MISTAKE. Was told they would replace molding at same time as windshield. Came next day , early which was great. Neither technician could speak English and I don't speak Spanish so was very difficult to communicate. When they finished I went out to look and saw that the molding had not been replaced. He had to call to office to communicate the problem. I was told that they would have to order the molding from the dealership and would take 5-7 days. So this should not have been scheduled. Then the tech wanted me to sign that the job was done and I refused. I called a week later to find out the part had not been ordered. They promised to order it. No calls for another 2 weeks then someone from the office calls and says he found this in his unfinished pile. Part was never ordered the second time. He said he ordered and scheduled to have it put in today. This morning I get a text that I have an appointment between 12 and 4. No one shows up. No calls, texts or any communication. I call at 6pm and am told the part never came. My guess is that it wasn't ordered. He told me that he will let me know when it comes. I am not holding my breath. Bottom line is that if I could give them a -10 review I would.

I would not recommend this company. Auto Glass America sent this company to replace my windshield on 10/12 I trusted this company and not who my insurance wanted me to go with. With end less than 24 hour windshield was cracked 10/13. Sent in pictures of the crack and they scheduled replacement for warranty fix 10/26. Technician get here and say he cant do it cause it a small chip in the windshield. It was not in the windshield when I sent the pictures(windshield was dirty but no chip). I did have to drive my car a week and 1/2 before scheduled replacement and the chip could have came after the claim. Company wants to argue with me saying just make another claim state of Florida insurance cant charge you for it. That came from management say this. Worst treatment ever for customers. Great Technician Gary but he is contracted out not apart of this terrible company.NegativeProfessionalism

I had been online to see what kind of companies were out there that was able to give me a quote or help fix my windshield.this company called me immediately .they sounded very desperate to get a client and desperate to get everything done fast with the insurance.This company had a scheduled time for me at 9 to 2 never responded. Sent a text message About my appointment with a phone number. I decided to go on the Google review to see what the company really is about. And all I could see was negative reviews which I called my insurance company immediately and scheduled a different company to do my windshield repair. I tried to call this company to decline their service. No one picked up .the no answered it felt like a complete scam and I didn’t even have any service done. I could just feel the scam. I had Nu Vision out to replace my windshield via a 3rd party contractor. I thought everything was all set with insurance. They sent a technician. But we sat there waiting almost an hour for them to get a call from my insurance to clear to work. I had to call to see what was going on. Finally got cleared. Tech installed new windshield. Thought it was OK. Few days later noticed a distorted area on the driver's side that makes it hard to see out of. Also my rear view mirror shakes violently. I contacted 3rd party person. On Friday. She assured me technician would come out. Nothing. I reached back out for update monday she said one would come next day. No one came to fix it. Now reach out again yesterday. I had my windshield replaced earlier this month. This is my second windshield this year and I was unhappy with safelite who did the previous replacement. I decided to go with Nuvision after one of their reps approached me about my cracked windshield. We got it scheduled and replaced with no issues. Two weeks later I get a call from my insurance company stating that they received an invoice for the windshield and that it was for ~$4,000. I have features on my truck that have to be calibrated with a new windshield, but charging 4x what Safelite did is ridiculous. Due to the windshield being replaced already, the insurance company has to pay the bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the gross overcharging for this replacement.NegativeValue
