Northeast Auto Glass

i took my vintage BMW to northeast auto glass to get a new windshield because mine was cracked and spidering. they were the ONLY place able to find a windshield for my car. Then they had to figure out the inability to get some of the parts to make the windshield fit correctly and stay there, and they did! despite the original part being completely unavailable they made the window trim look great! it doesnt leak, it looks good, and i no longer have to stare at a huge crack so i gotta stay im completely satisfied both with the work done and the customer service i received :)

They’re an awesome group of guys they worked with me with Scheduling they definitely got me the best price around other than that very clean shop very quick simple and easy. They got me taken care of. I had a busted rear window. I don’t even see any of the shattered pieces laying around anywhere. They did an awesome job if I ever need services for my windows again I will definitely be giving them a call.

I had a huge crack on my windshield, shopped around was getting quotes between $700-$1,500 which is ridiculous. I went on google started doing some research and came upon Northeast Auto glass. Left a message and within 15 mins I received a call back from Brian. He asked me questions no other auto glass place asked me. He suggested I go thru my insurance ( which I didn't know I could do) he called on a three way guided me thru the whole process. Took my car in and within 2 hrs my replacement glass was done. Told me exactly what I needed to do with after care and I was on my way. Thank you Brain and ALL the workers at northeast auto glass shop. Highly recommend this place, they found my glass in about 30 seconds after i got hung out to dry by another local glass repair company. The guys that work there are all friendly, easy to talk to. Talk about service....when they found my glass, they asked me if i can bring the car over now, i couldnt believe it. I dropped car off next morning and it was ready to go in no time. Thanks again to Brian at the desk, and the gentleman who worked on my glass replacement. Thanks Adam for great service. Go here if ya need glass replaced, plain and simple.

I was truly impressed with the windshield replacement I received at this location. If you intend on filing an insurance claim, just do 1 thing first. Check what your comprehensive deductible is. Many times you will find it to be higher than the cost to replace/repair your windshield. Northeast Auto Glass is a locally owned business that specializes in quality workmanship. They indeed give you the best price. The total service time for a windshield replacement was only about 2 hours. That included calibrating all of the gadgets that are now connected to your auto glass. Thank you to this business for the courtesy, concern, and prompt service. Not only that, I saved money with NO LOSS OF QUALITY. Keep up the Great Work.

Would highly recommend this place! I was recommended from someone who had been here & let me just say they’re worth every penny. I’m very BIG on customer service & every question I had, Adam answered it with no problem. Never once did he make me feel I was being annoying with any of my million & one questions that I was asking him. He gave me the run down on everything, the moment he actually seen my car he knew the problem instantly. That tells me ALOT about a business. BRIAN is the one who actually worked on my car & the moment I came to see the my car fixed he immediately started giving me the run down on everything about the car that he seen (things I didn’t know about my car). This company has very good knowledge in what they’re doing. Again customer service was 10/10. I would recommend & will definitely be seeing them again if I needed to.
