Nicky B's was great! I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I hit a tree branch and they came out the very next morning and had both my windows fixed by 9:30 am. They were very professional and prompt and still had the best price around. I cannot express my gratitude and satisfaction enough! First, they offered the best rate in town. They arrived on time, replaced my windshield perfectly in a short period of time. Prior to leaving, Nicky noted my broken passenger door handle. To my surprise, he also was able to provide that service as well. When they returned to replace handle, I was made aware I had purchased the wrong handle. After a phone call I found the correct part nearby. Due to my door already being apart awaiting repair, Nicky offered to have his coworker give me a ride to purchase the correct part while he waited. Obviously this was above and beyond any expectations!! The guys that came to replace my windshield did so in about 30 minutes for the exact price quoted, nothing more. They did a great job, and were willing to come to me to fix my windshield at no additional cost. All things considered, their price was competitive and the best I could find especially in terms of convenience of having it done at home. I was staying at a hotel where someone came through and smashed 20 windshields. I called my insurance company and they wanted to use safelite. I called around and found Nicky's auto glass. They were half the price as safelite. Safelite was at the hotel replacing another windshield when Nicky's showed up and was still there when Nicky's was leaving. The guy with safelite actually had to use my guys tools. I have never been more impressed. They were early, friendly and very professional. No need to call anyone else. Just Nicky's. I called yesterday on the recommendation of my local tire place for a repair of a crack in my windshield. I left a message and was called straight back to set and appointment the next morning. I was able to text a picture of the crack and we confirmed price and time that someone would come to my address to fix it. Cost was very reasonable, service was good and the repair looks great. Very happy overall

They were amazing! Was here on time and got the job done quick. Veey honest ,kind and cheapest around. 2 weeks ago my windows were busted and I called Chapos Auto glass from Rockford and my glass broke exactly 2 weeks after and it was because the way they installed it. They wouls not honor the work and fix it for free thwy wanted me to fix it for more money. Thank you again Nicky B'S for the awesome job!
