I wanted to get our trucks windshield done while my husband was gone so I could surprise him. I feel like I kind of got sucked in, because at first the lady I called said they usually had the type we needed in stock, then called about an hour later and said they didn’t have it but could have it within the next two days (so I went ahead and ordered, had to pay upfront), then she called about 30 minutes after I had paid and said it wouldn’t be in for a week. (Ruined my surprise, she could’ve made sure before I paid that I would get it on time) I tried to cancel it but was basically guilted, being told that I could cancel it but Nick would have to pay for it. ( I tried to cancel within an hour of paying, seems like they could’ve cancelled it pretty easily.) The actual windshield change only took about 30 minutes, so that was nice. We did notice after we left that around the bottom edge there was lots of uneven plastic wraps & some other stuff that wasn’t there before. The seal seems just fine, just doesn’t look as nice as it did before we got it done.

My back window broke on a Sunday night and sent an email that night. Monday morning, I got a quick call back about my inquiry for a back window replacement. They had me scheduled for Tuesday and suggested that I come in to make sure that they had the right sizing because I wasn't 100% sure about my back glass sizing. I came in as suggested, and they were able to get my back window fixed that Monday evening! I'm so grateful and happy with both their customer and mechanical services! I would highly recommend Nick's Auto Glass! I would definitely come back again if I ever need services again!

They made everything so smooth for me & even picked up my vehicle / dropped it back off to me so I did not even have to leave work to get things taken care of. I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was a option. I went in for my sunroof because it leaked if it rained super hard. They said the drain was broken and nothing they could do about it. My truck is a manual and they did not know how to drive it, I had to show them since they would not let me drive it. I could hear them revving my truck up in the shop and also slipping my clutch trying to move it around, there are new scrapes and gouges in my interior plastic trim along with my door cards being all wet, a muddy shoe print on my seat, and they did not care to drive the vehicle slowly through the parking lot and just had horrible service minus the nice lady at the desk. Also still charged me for everything even though I got my truck back in worse condition then it was in when it went into there shop. Definitely will be taking my future business to a different shop!

We drove in from Homer today and ran 15 minutes late due to summer traffic, etc. They worked with us on that. The waiting room was very comfortable. The young man who checked us out was so very sweet. We got back in the car. Our mirror had to be removed for the job. They had tightened it back up making it hold its place better. Also, when they vacuumed it, they must have used some mold scent that was a very pleasing aroma. It’s like we have a new car. We are so happy! 😀

Had my front windshield done quickly at a good price. However they broke my daylight sensor, left multiple gouges into my interior trim, scratched down to the metal on the top of the cab, and even left caulk on the cab for me to clean off. After bringing it to them I was told, it happens and they were in a hurry. Didn't offer to fix or compensate for the damage.
