They have a 4 star rating for a reason. My car was broken into and it was a bonus that a kind voice answered the phone when I called for a quote and a friendly face greeted me at the door. The service was also quick and professional - and they quoted less than some competitors. I highly recommend them.

When I needed a tow during the last big snow I called New York City Auto Glass. I had found out from a co worker that they provide a towing service that is very reasonable in New York City and the surrounding areas. That was good to know. They came out to my house and got my car out of the snow pile form the plow so I could get to work.

I got the number off my phone and called. They were at my spot on Columbus Ave in no time and towed my car to the dealer for repair to my front end. I was very happy and relieved by the fast NYC auto towing service.

This place was fantastic. Someone broke my window when the car was parked on the street overnight, I called for a quote (very fair price) and they had it ready in a few hours. Whoever broke in the night before had rustled a bunch of stuff around and they even neatly folded and stacked the things and vacuumed the car!

He checked out me car and it was running again after a part was delivered. I was told it had something to do with an on board computer. Whatever it was New York City Auto Glass was responsible for a job well done.
