This is how a glass company should work! This is my 3rd vehicle to them over 3 years, and they have been the same every single time. Good quality glass, good customer service, and they stand by their work. They will also work with your insurance, and can do all calibrations needed for newer cars. They can come to you, or you to them. They are worth your time

I just want everyone to know that if you need fast, dependable, friendly, and professional auto glass service done.......THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!! I work here in the oil field and twice now, when I've need windshields replaced, these folks get me right in. They know that being a trucker and that I work nights, they are always willing to get me first thing in the morning or as late in the afternoon so it does NOT interfere with my start shift time or the sleep that I need. I will continue to use Nelson for all my window needs until I am able to leave the oil field. Want to talk about pricing???.......I had 1 windshield with me for my Freightliner truck, ( paid $219.00 for 2 pieces through Westley in Minot, ND and only got 1 ). That left me in a bind......now problem the tech said. $65 for the windshield and $35 for us to cut it. $235 for 2 windshields installed, 1 being bought through them, and silcone to seal the rubber seal that holds mine in. Was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. To all the Nelson crew....... THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS PROVIDING ME WITH THE BEST SERIVE IN THE GLASS INDUSTRY!!!!! Amazing customer service right from the first call. We were traveling from Nevada and had a window break. We called them as we traveled to Gillette and they serviced our vehicle the next morning. All six children were welcomed given hot chocolate, toys and a TV with PBS kids. It was amazing.

Superb work at a reasonable rate! This place is great for all your glass needs. Brenda and the other receptionist are incredibly sweet and welcoming. Their work is FABULOUS and they have incredibly reasonable rates. We got a brand new windshield on our Peterbilt for under $400! 10 out of 10 - call them and set up an appointment. They'll get you back on the road in no time!

Great friendly staff. I told them the wrong windshield, luckily they had the right one which was a little more expensive but they still gave me their quoted price (which they didn't have to since I was the one who messed up and gave them the wrong information). Nelson’s continues to impress! We rebuilt our house and Nelson’s installed the shower doors and they did an amazing job!
