NC Auto Glass, LLC

I called NC Auto Glass this morning after my driver's door window shattered on my way to work. Every other place I called was completely booked - most places had openings 2 days from now. They were very responsive and worked to fit me in the same day. They arrived promptly and were fast and professional, and even vacuumed up the broken glass from my car! Replacing the entire window was done in less than an hour. I am so appreciative of their service during this stressful event and was thrilled with the result. Owner showed up to my house on time and immediately got to work. Was able to replace my windshield to get me back on the road at a reasonable cost and most importantly I didn't have to sit in a shop for hours while they stretch the job out. Recommended!

Andy was able to come out to replace my back windshield within 24 hours of calling him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Reasonably priced and came to my house. He cleaned up all the shattered glass in my car as well! 10/10 will call him again if I need any of my windows fixed!

I happened to be at an emergency response seminar in NC from out of town, on a Saturday, when my rear window shattered out of nowhere. I called everywhere and every other shop was either closed or had to order it (despite it being a common vehicle/subaru forester). Andy called me back and was able to make it happen, despite me being an hour away. I will be forever grateful for the quick action of NC auto glass while being out of town! They saved the day when no one else would!

Undependable and doesn't follow through with appointments they make. They also don't return phone calls or make good on their promises. If you want a reputable company to take care of your auto glass needs look elsewhere because you will only be disappointed in the end just like I was!
