I called and spoke with John (Owner) he had NO problem going to Belmont University and repairing my daughters windshield. Professional service at about two thirds the price of Safelite. I figure they don't have the franchise expenses. And yes, they come to you. It's hard to find someone to seal a ding these days; everybody wants to sell you a new windshield, even when it isn't necessary. Be advised that there's a real likelihood that maybe 20% of the crack could be visible after the repair, Cam is upfront about things like that. Also be advised, 20% is negligible, no one will notice. Had two dings in my windshield, looked around for the franchise competitors and they all had low stars, found this and I was completely satisfied with his work. He was very kind and reasonable over the phone when discussing the availability. He came out to my place and fixed both dings in about 45 minutes. They both look much better now, he did the job well. He was genuine and honest throughout the whole process. If I have any other dings in the future I know who I’ll be calling.
