They did an amazing job and with how expensive everything is nowadays I really appreciated that they got me a salvaged replacement window instead of pushing for a new one that would've cost me over 500 dollars! They saved me over 200 so thankful if I ever need another window replaced I will use them! They also were very friendly.

I made my appointment with them on a Tuesday was told I'd have a new window in by Friday. They offered to vacuum out my broken glass and put a "temporary" window on it. So I thought that was pretty nice. The price they quoted was high, but I was willing to pay it for the speed of services. They had me drop off my car at 8am. SIX hours later they called me at 2pm to let me know that the window that they ordered for my car was incorrect and wouldn't match the rest of my windows. Wendy told me that was the only option available. I was pretty upset and asked to make some other calls and look up the windows myself. I found FOURTEEN other options for new windows for my car online that they could have used. I called back to confirm I had no other options and I was understanding that the window was actually colored glass and not tinted (which I could have removed) THEY THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO DOUBLE DOWN AND TELL ME THAT WAS THE ONLY OPTION FOR A NEW WINDOW. After some back and fourth I was offered no other options, no discount and they called another business to see how much it would cost to fix their mistake and have my other windows tinted. They charged me $252 for a rear window, and for the low price of $147 at a different business I could have the rest of my windows tinted to match. I'd be out $399 total to make my car look like it's supposed to. I find it irresponsible and unacceptable to keep someone's vehicle for SEVEN HOURS for a one hour job, to not have the correct part, and not even tell the client until right before installation. I was also told by Wendy that they had a cancellation the day before and "tried" calling me to come in Thursday meaning they had my glass for two days and couldn't be bothered to tell me it was the wrong color until they held my vehicle hostage for seven hours into a Friday afternoon. Making sure I couldn't go somewhere else unless I wanted to wait the weekend without a window. I never received that call. I have caller ID. I feel like this business is sketchy and I will be advertising such with a sign over my offending window until it falls off.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

Great auto glass shop. Also the best place in the area to sell your vehicle. I've sold three there. Busy intersection--lots of eyeballs. They don't sell it for you, but the spot can't be beat. Reasonable weekly rate. Unless you're asking too much, you'll only need to park it there one week. Easy to do business with.

Good fast service for auto glass replacement. The place in town is for cars but they have another facility out 62 East for larger vehicles such as RV's. They also offer a lot to sell your car for around $15 a week.

I just had my windshield and side window replaced in one of my work trucks and they did a fantastic job. No air or water leaking. This was not an easy door glass to find. The salvage yard wanted $1000 for it. They were able to get it and installed it for less than $300. Their tech even repaired my headliner and didn't charge me. I've used them in the past and have never had a problem. FYI I have used a mobile auto glass competitor before and they slipped with their tool and scratched my paint. Never again! I will stick with mountain home auto glass. Thank you Wendy and crew for doing your job well.

My friend mirror feel off, and went in here to get it put back on, came back out with an appointment for a while new windshield??? $325 No cracks or anything, they said it has a film on it and can't be glued back on. Went to autozone, the glue kit cost $4.80, two minute fix and glued right back on no issues. Glad to have saved $320 on gluing on a mirror. Not impressed with the upsale.
