Moorehouse Auto Glass

My grandson had a company come out to replace the windshield on an RV. We sold him. They made a complete mess of it and told him it was his fault not theirs and that allowed more damage to the RV due to rain and wind the same night that that happened. He called Mooresville auto glass. They came out and did the job right and he is so happy with the RV again. This has been going on for about. 8 to 10 months. The gentleman that fixed the glass was so Nice and professional, and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

Called these guys because safelite cracked my windshield then tried to make me pay for it instead of allowing safelite to work on my truck further. I called Moorehouse and they got an appointment set up quick would of been next day if not for rain. I have used J.R. at Moorehouse Auto Glass more than once during the past four years; most recently, today, 22 November 2019. Each time, J.R. was courteous, professional, and as timely as circumstance would permit. I observed that the work was methodical and efficient. Equally important, his work was neat and clean. Comparatively, the prices are a terrific value; I recommend J.R. at Moorehouse to all I know. Easily, he earns a 5 star rating.

10/10 recommend! This company has integrity through the roof. Nearly one year ago i hired a company called Sentry glass inc to fix my rv windshield, they simply destroyed my rv. I called nearly 20 different glass companies in the state of indiana to replace my windshields but nobody would. When i got ahold of Moorehouse Auto Glass they were the only company who would even attempt to help. When they came with the brand new windshields and gaskets it took them an hour and a half to complete the job. The owner and his son were great to work with and helped out more than you could ever imagine! I would trust the company to replace an Auto glass ever! I am very grateful for all they have done! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GLASS COMPANY LOOK NO FURTHER! SERIOUSLY! THEY WERE AMAZING!

Not worth a one star. Replaced the glass on my car but did about $700 in damage in the process. I would reccomend paying a higher price for a more reputable company. After he destroyed the plastic around my windshield, I still paid him only to get rid of him. J.R. claims in everything he says that he is an Army Veteran and tries to throw that in your face. I do not know if that is true. Probably popular with the LBGTQRXTUV community if you know what I mean. If you are a Republican, I would definitely stay away. I currently am in the process of a law suit against him. STAY AWAY!

Had a date scheduled on Jan 3 2023 at 1030 to get my windshield replaced on my 06 avalanche, Isiah and Jacob (I believe are thier names) showed up to do the work at my shop. Right as soon as they were getting ready to get started one of them decided to pee on my front tire of my truck, let alone IN FRONT OF MY SHOP WINDOW AND MY 9yr old SON IS 2FT AWAY from the window. This is criminal. I told them to leave and when we contacted JR about this incident he did not care. I have this incident on camera and am considering pursuing legal actions. And on another note he threw a set of keys over a very nice 2017 gmc sierra all terrain nearly hitting the truck.NegativeProfessionalism
