My windshield got two chips in it over the holiday weekend. It was hard to find someone to repair it due to the holiday but Mr. Mike was able to repair it the same day I called him. First off I wanna say. I do not recommend. He came to my house and the window wasn't the right size. He ordered one that would come in couple days. He removed the broken glass and used a leaf blower to blow the glass to the street. After glass arrived. He asked to meet at the trade center. When I arrived I texted "I'm here". After 1 hr of waiting, I asked if he was arriving anytime soon. He then responded "I'm here in the back corner". Which felt odd to me, but I still went to look for him. I got to where he was at and he was so rude. " I'm working so I couldn't check my phone and I've been here this whole time". He didn't even tell me exactly where to meet him. I said " oh, I'm sorry". He put my window and I paid him and I left. I felt so uncomfortable because of the vibe he was giving. As I got to the gas station I noticed a huge gap and window not centered. So I went straight back. Showed him and asked if he can correct it before it completely dries. He said he couldn't that's just how it is. And that he can remove it and just give me my money back. So I said yes. He kept messaging me and lowering the price, but I got my window replaced elsewhere and I'm so glad I did. I will never trust this guy again.
