BUYER BEWARE! If you choose to use this place, make sure to double check your vehicle before leaving the place. A month ago I used this place for a windshield replacement and when I cleaned my car, I noticed two places with CHIPPED PAINT by the windshield side bars that was NOT there before. The place claimed it wasn't them, but this paint chipping was definitely not there before. Also, nothing would've hit my car hard enough to cause two chips in the paint like that by the windshield area after the replacement. I drive this car once a week and would notice if something came flying at my windshield side bars to cause this damage. I also do not park it near any trees.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I would stay away from this place if you plan to have your windshield replaced. They broke every single clip from the windshield moldings then tried to hide the damage by throwing on a ton of sealant. As soon as I got on the highway, the moldings started flapping in the wind. REPLY ADDED: I would have gladly paid the extra $20 that the clips cost and not had the mess of urethane left in the windshield channel. The only reason I figured out that the clips were broken was the moldings started flapping when I got on the highway. I called and was a bit shocked when you said that you were aware and still let the car drive out of your shop. I appreciate the offer but there's no chance I would let your guys touch my car again. Honestly, a simple "Hey these clips broke while we were replacing your windshield. The moldings are loose so please drive carefully" would have sufficed.

About 2 weeks ago I backed into a dumpster and shattered my rear window. I was heart broken and in a panic. I called Safelite and was given a quote of nearly $500 ($465 and some change to be specific). Safelite said they couldn't do the job because of a minor dent in the rear door but to call an auto body shop and see if they could bang out the dent. After searching online I found Mobile auto glass; I told them about the issue and asked for a quote and to my surprise it was much less ($265 compare to $465+). I asked how fast it could be done (I called on Saturday) and I was told as early as Monday and that it could be done within an hour. Fast forward to today, and although I had to move my appointment from Monday it was to a mutual benefit, and I could not be more pleased with the work done. The work was done early, quickly, and done right. Below I show the before and after. The staff was kind and the work was done right at a VERY good price. I strongly encourage others to support this business, and if I ever need more work done I will be giving Billy a callServicesAuto rear window replacement

I’ve rated one star because I’ve tinted my cars’ two front door windows and they didn’t clean the glass properly before installing the tint. I informed Billy about this and he checked it and he asked me if I’ve tinted the glass before I said no because this is how I bought the car from the dealer. So he then said it’s CONDENSATION and he called the guy who tinted the glass and asked him if it’s glue from an old tint and he said yes it’s glue . I then asked him if they don’t clean the glass before tinting it. He said customers usually have to pay for their glass to be cleaned which he never told me about or asked me anything pertaining to that before the service. Because I specifically ask how much would it be and you would think that at $25 per window for tint you would at least clean the glass. I also asked him if the middle of the glass had glue if they would have tinted it like that and he said no. But my question is why would they clean the middle of the glass if it had glue but not the bottom. He was trying to convince me that what they did is ok but what I know is that you need to clean the glass to remove all residue that causes bubbles when tinting it. They did not do this so my tint has an awful look. Also there are visible punctures on the tint were they tried to get rid of huge bubbles. This wasn’t worth $50!

I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a must. These guys know their stuff, and its a HUGE plus when you get service with a smile, care, and understanding. I didn't feel rushed out or dismissed with my million questions - they were patient with me, yet pretty fast in getting paperwork and my window repair done! Billy made everything seem so simple when I'd spoken with him over the phone and I swear...I was getting ready to deal with the fine print and hidden fees in person, but absolutely nothing! I was going to get this done without insurance and even out-of-pocket, the proce was very reasonable. However, I decided to go through my insurance (no cost at all), and Billy received the paperwork quickly, went over the details over the phone, and confirmed that he had the glass in stock before I were to go in. ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE...and they don't make you feel like youre bothering them to do their job!
