I gave two stars because they were nice about it and the work finally got done. I originally made my appointment on July 8th for July 11th. They came on July 11th hours after the timeframe I was given without notifying me that they were running behind. Then couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have the right tools. They called me Monday morning to reschedule for that afternoon between 12-2 but I didn’t hear from them about coming to do the replacement until after 3 pm where they interrupted an important meeting I was having. To then say they would need to reschedule my appointment for Wednesday because of the rain which didn’t happen. Wednesday came and went without any communication. I called and left a message and they called me the next morning stating that they missed putting my appointment on the books. They said they would take $30 off the job. I requested at least $50 for all the back and forth and inconvenience but they said they couldn’t do that because $30 is charging what they paid for the glass. Today they stated they would be to me within 45 minutes to an hour to do it and it still was another two hours again without any notice of a delay.

I called Millennium the other morning at 0830 and spoke to Adam about replacing my Prius windshield. He said they could do it that morning and had someone out there by 10:30 with an OEM replacement windshield that would be guarenteed for life. The cost was extremely reasonable and beat most of the franchised dealers by more than $100. And, to let you know they use the same as the others do for OEM. Adam explained that there are standards that they have to abide by anyway. He could also put in an original Toyota windshield for that type of price as well--what ever I wanted. Of course, I selected the OEM. The tech installed the windshield within an hour and I didn't have to be there. He did a great job! I'm one for using local businesses who provide outstanding service, quality parts and reasonable prices. If this is what you are looking for--call Millennium. We will definitely use them again!

Since the previous review (see below) I have added one star (going up from 3 to 4 stars). After about 9 months since getting my driver's side window fixed the window used to make a loud clank noise when it finished rolling up. Then about 2 months later the glass began coming out of the track. It could still roll up all the way if care was taken and the glass repositioned manually on occasion. So I decided to call Millennium and they had me bring in the car. A man named Tom worked on it. Tom was professional, courteous and was careful with the plastic membrane (see below). He had it fixed within about 15 minutes. Good work! My previous review: Come on guys, you can do better than this! Millennium is definitely quick and has some of the best prices around. Unfortunately they are just not very professional. First time I used them I had my windshield replaced. When I got in the car to drive away I noticed black marks on the interior plastic covering the A-pillars. I touched it and it was wet goop... some sort of adhesive for the windshield apparently. I went back in to tell them and the man (perhaps the owner) said it's normal. He said I should not touch it and that it would eventually dry. I asked if I could at least have a towel to wipe my fingers off. He gave me a wet wipe and as I left, a woman followed me out and kindly used some wet wipes to clean the goop off of the A-pillars. The next time my driver's door window was busted out. I wanted to get the glass somewhere else besides Millennium, but they were the only ones that had the glass in stock so I used them again. This time around a guy with greasy hands got black smudges on the arm rest on the driver's door. Also, after the glass was installed the window could not be rolled all the way up with the auto-up power window feature. When the window would touch the top of the door frame it would ricochet back down about halfway. Upon calling the company they told me I have to call a Toyota dealer to get the "reset code." Thankfully it worked, but why would they leave it for the customer to do? If they don't know the code why didn't they call the dealer and figure it out? Or better, just have a list of reset codes handy so they don't leave their customers in a lurch. Also, upon installing the driver's door glass I requested the technician tape the ripped plastic door membrane back up. He said he would, although he said he usually just rips the plastic out completely and throws it away when he replaces door windows! He said he doesn't know the purpose for the plastic and it just gets in the way. I decided to do a little research on the Net and come to find out, car manufacturers have been installing this plastic sheet for years to keep rain water that penetrates down into the door frame from hitting the door insulation and/or the cardboard door panel and rotting it out or causing mold to grow.

I wanted to share my experience with the Millennium team – as it was completely seamless! SAVE YOURSELF $150-200 AND GO LOCAL – I asked Safelite for a quote and not only where they going to take 3 days, it was $150 more than the quote I got from Millennium. They were polite, responsive, easy to work with, and came within hours on the same day I called! The appointment only took about 45 mins and they came to me. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend that anyone on the fence do the same!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The service is terrible. I had a little incident with my car which involved my windshield. We got the windshield fixed, but the clips that hold the trim were breaking. At first, the guy said that he would order them and be put back on the next day. This was 3 weeks ago. I tried calling him, the guy avoids my phone calls. I had to pay out of pocket for new clips which were 42 dollars, no problem. but we need the windshield guy to put them on due to a special glue they need to put on. Called the guy back left a message saying we got the clips, no response. The guy at the shop "Half-assed" the work. who starts a job but doesn't finish it, let alone avoids the person who you did not complete their work. 5/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Cool, got my windshield fixed but don't start a job you cant and wont finish. I could've gotten my windshield fixed elsewhere, so the windshield being fixed is not really a +.

I would definitely recommend this company for auto glass repair if you need somewhere cheap with same day service. Also the repair has a lifetime warranty, which is very important. I called after seeing a sign by my school, they gave me a quote, well below most commercial auto glass repair places. When the lady asked for my location, she told me to call their other location who serviced my area and they would be able to give me the same price. They came within an hour of being dispatched and the whole replacement took about an hour. Antoine was very thorough and gave me clear instructions on how to take care of it once he was finished.
