Mike's Auto Glass

I have recommended Mike's Auto Glass to several of my friends already. A few weeks ago I had them to replace my windshield as it got hit by construction debris. They got me an appointment quickly and had my car fixed in approx 30 mins. The staff were all very friendly and the price was actually much cheaper than I expected for a full replacement. If I have to have anything else, I will definitely come here!

We were vacationing in Orange Beach from Michigan when our windshield was destroyed in a hail storm. Being the weekend all the glass repair shops were closed. We called Mikes on our way out of town on Monday and they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule right away. They did a great, professional job and everyone in the office was extremely nice. They even offered to let my family of 7 hang out in their break room while they did the job. My wife and I could not say more great things about this business. They made a bad experience (the weather) better. My review 4 years ago, when I gave them 5 stars: Mike and his staff were great — the perfect combination of professional and friendly. I will use them from now on! As of today, 1/27/25: Sadly, I've changed it to 2 stars. Here's why ... I encouraged my husband to use Mike's when filling out the claims form for a windshield because I had two super experiences -- and they came to my office to change my windshield the last time. This time -- when it was too late to change -- they informed him he'd have to bring his car to the shop. When he arrived, he had to wait for the windshield to be picked up from the supplier (despite having an appointment). Then, when they were finally finished, he couldn't leave because another tech had pulled a pickup in behind his car and had already removed its windshield, which for some reason meant they couldn't move the truck. Anyway, he had no time to stop for lunch. He had to rush back to the office as he was already really late! I feel awful I suggested he use them. Not sure what has happened since my last visit, but we won't be back. Not unless things change drastically.ServicesAuto windshield repair

I called Safelite and they were going to charge me $75 to repair a chip. That was just too pricey for me... so I decided to call around town and BOY I'm sure glad I did! I found this jewel of a family ran business! This place is such an honest, hard-working family ran business. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a chip that was 2 chips in one and I wasn't sure that it would be repairable. I drove up there and Mike checked it out. He said he could try to take care of it to at least seal it and keep it from spreading. He handled it right after 2 other customers he was already helping. I wasn't expecting to be able to get it done that day... I just wanted someone to look at it and then I would set up an appointment. They got me in and out in about 20 minutes. Wonderful, speedy service! And to top it all off... He wasn't going to charge me because he wasn't sure of how well it was going to do. Honestly, he did a fantastic job and I didn't come up there expecting service for free. I insisted on paying and left there as a very happy customer. My husband will be coming in next with his chips in his windshield! Thanks Mike's!

I got my windshield replaced few months back on my 2017 Honda Accord Touring. He replaced it at a very affordable price. However adaptive cruise control, lane departure, and other sensing system were working abnormally. I speak with Mr Mike and he offered to return my money back or pay for resetting the camera sensing system. He was very polite and professional in every way. His wife was very sweet lady. They have the best service! They had put in my windshield in 10-15 mins. It looked absolutely perfect. I highly recommend if you have broken/crack windshield. They very reasonable in cost and have absolutely fast service. Good people overall and would definitely do business in the future. Ashish Patel

Highly recommend! I had a "ding" in my windshield yesterday. Called Safelite first but the process was too complicated both on the phone & online. Remembered that Mike replaced a windshield for me years ago & called them. I only had a 1 hour window of time today to get the repair. Mike took care of my "ding" (which was actually too large for a repair & should have been a replacement) on my schedule & because he wasn't totally happy with the repair because it was so large, didn't charge me. I will be back when I need the replacement! Support local business!
