Highly recommend! I had a "ding" in my windshield yesterday. Called Safelite first but the process was too complicated both on the phone & online. Remembered that Mike replaced a windshield for me years ago & called them. I only had a 1 hour window of time today to get the repair. Mike took care of my "ding" (which was actually too large for a repair & should have been a replacement) on my schedule & because he wasn't totally happy with the repair because it was so large, didn't charge me. I will be back when I need the replacement! Support local business!

They gave me the best quote around, so much cheaper than Safelite. I also had my windshield replaced by Safelite 4 years ago and the tech told me I didn't have a heated windshield and I was like, ok. I didn't know any different. Mike replaced my windshield today after a foreign object hit the corner and caused multiple cracks which quickly spread all the way across my windshield. He (Mike) informed me that my windshield actually was heated and that whomever replaced it the last time actually cut the plug wire that heated my windshield. He fixed it at no extra cost to me and the job was done in a speedy fashion and it was a great experience all the way around. I have recommended Mike's Auto Glass to several of my friends already. A few weeks ago I had them to replace my windshield as it got hit by construction debris. They got me an appointment quickly and had my car fixed in approx 30 mins. The staff were all very friendly and the price was actually much cheaper than I expected for a full replacement. If I have to have anything else, I will definitely come here!

I got my windshield replaced few months back on my 2017 Honda Accord Touring. He replaced it at a very affordable price. However adaptive cruise control, lane departure, and other sensing system were working abnormally. I speak with Mr Mike and he offered to return my money back or pay for resetting the camera sensing system. He was very polite and professional in every way. His wife was very sweet lady. They have the best service! They had put in my windshield in 10-15 mins. It looked absolutely perfect. I highly recommend if you have broken/crack windshield. They very reasonable in cost and have absolutely fast service. Good people overall and would definitely do business in the future. Ashish Patel

Don't take your car to this place. My windshield crack and chip after 2 weeks. Took my car back to them and they tell me they can't do nothing for me. So there's NO WARRANTY. I pay $295 for 2 week of windshield. Then he going to tell me windshield are make cheap these day lol. So you know is cheap and you still putting these thing on people car and don't warranty them. Great what kind of business are you running here sir lol. Then he going to tell me yeah is a lot of construction right now so i shouldn't replace the windshield yet . I'm smh right now , sir it's always construction going. So what he saying to me is he sell you cheap windshield with no warranty and don't drive around because construction and that a piece of rock might hit and crack your windshield. Awesome i will surely tell people about your business 👌

My review 4 years ago, when I gave them 5 stars: Mike and his staff were great — the perfect combination of professional and friendly. I will use them from now on! As of today, 1/27/25: Sadly, I've changed it to 2 stars. Here's why ... I encouraged my husband to use Mike's when filling out the claims form for a windshield because I had two super experiences -- and they came to my office to change my windshield the last time. This time -- when it was too late to change -- they informed him he'd have to bring his car to the shop. When he arrived, he had to wait for the windshield to be picked up from the supplier (despite having an appointment). Then, when they were finally finished, he couldn't leave because another tech had pulled a pickup in behind his car and had already removed its windshield, which for some reason meant they couldn't move the truck. Anyway, he had no time to stop for lunch. He had to rush back to the office as he was already really late! I feel awful I suggested he use them. Not sure what has happened since my last visit, but we won't be back. Not unless things change drastically.ServicesAuto windshield repair
