It’s rare that you find a shop that really prides itself in its work like Matrix does. My 2012 Subaru was in a decrepit condition, the tint was as bubbly as grandma’s soup (that’s not an analogy but it should be). They stripped it, fixed jt, and it looked brand new. During the course of the repair they realized my door wasn’t rolling down… they fixed that too (at a great price). Then on final inspection they saw my windshield was cracked… yep fixed that too. Plus, I got to meet Charles, the owner, and his son- this is a family business, run by a great guy.

Got a cracked windshield thanks to some Semi-Truck on the freeway. Called up Matrix and they were amazing, they were available same day and when I got there they noticed the tint was lifting on my driver's side window. They offered to replace it, and showed me some of their options on tint. WOW the tint that has the ceramic coating is the most amazing tint I've ever had. I'm used to jumping into my car and it feeling like an oven but after the installation the heat inside my vehicle is dramatically reduced. I couldn't believe how much it made a difference and how I couldn't feel any heat coming from my window even though the sun was blazing outside over 100 degrees. Had the rear glass installed on my Grand Prix 2+2 Aero Coupe. Charlie and Rod were very punctual and easy to talk to. When I called, Rod was informative and knowledgeable about my rare trim package. To top it all off they were willing to do the job in my driveway the same day. Charlie showed up on time and was pleasant. Rod showed up to help and even though it is a unique glass install they had it fitted and installed within 1 hour. Looks better then the way they where installed from the factory! Would recommend anybody for their glass needs. I plan on using Matrix for all my glass needs from now on.

Got an older Volvo that needs repair? Call Matrix Auto Glass! I have a 1994 Volvo 945t 288,000 miles that needed a driver side quarter window replaced. Safelite quoted me $575 but called me 1 hour later saying they couldn't find the glass, suggested I call Dealer so I did and the Dealer quoted $500 just for the glass! I remembered a place in Tucson so I gave them a call and Rod quoted me $250 out the door! I even live 330 miles away from Tucson but made the trip spent the night got the car the next morning and it still was cheaper and even found a good Japanese restaurant. The service was great, drove me to my hotel and back. Rod and Charlie were great and very helpful. I even asked them for a minor tune up (8000 miles past due) and they said only thing needed to replace was the spark plugs. Honest People!

Highly recommend this shop! About an hour west of El Centro, CA, at 10:30 am, my wife gets hit by a rock and shatters the windshield. I call multiple auto glass shops in Tucson, AZ, in an attempt to have the windshield replaced while traveling through. After multiple failed attempts, either because the windshield is unavailable or the techs are booked, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint saved the day. Charlie and a second associate (I apologize for not remembering your name) were quick to answer the call, find my windshield, answer all my questions, and make themselves available to replace my wife’s windshield. He even offered to stay late to help her out. Once my wife arrived (3:15 pm), they insisted on driving her to a local restaurant while she waited. After less than an hour, the Jeep windshield replacement was done and they picked her up. My wife and I are extremely impressed with their service and highly recommend this shop. My wife also added that they were complete gentlemen when greeting her, insisting on transportation to the restaurant, and by opening and closing her vehicle door. On a side note for all Jeep owners, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint offers a Gorilla glass for jeeps. Our Geico auto insurance covered the replacement as long as I paid my deductible. The cost of the gorilla windshield was the same as if I replaced it with the original glass. The Gorilla glass (Mopar part) also includes the gorilla and original jeep emblem. The insurance premium is not affected because you are not considered at fault for rock chips or cracks.

Man I don't even know where to begin! Matrix Auto Glass & Tint is truly a blessing. From the moment I walked in Charlie literally treated me like family! He was very courteous and helpful from the start. As a matter of fact he contacted my insurance and they wanted me to wait to inspect the chip on my window and he told my insurance not to worry that he would make it right because of my situation. Definitely will be doing all my future window repairs/replacements there. Highly recommended!!!
