Magic Windshields

5 star work! A rock unfortunately chipped my windshield and the spiderweb cracks started to take off. Price shopped and Magic Windshield had the best price! They were also quick to get in touch with me, set up my appointment ASAP, listen to my concerns, and got my Windshield replaced in the right time frame to need to use my car for my son. Derrick called me first thing to confirm my appointment and go over details and continued to be reachable. And Gerardo came out and did the install. Windshield looks fantastic! Friendly company and very professional. I would recommend and will use them in the future (hopefully much further out future) Thank you again for the quality work!

I selected this company based on their stellar reviews. Don't opt for their in-office service to save yourself time on the long waiting window when they come to you. Originally, Paul said a tech would be on site when I arrived for my 10am appointment. At 9:55am they said they had just contacted him & he would be in route. At 10:10 another tech entered the office spoke with office lady then left the property. At 10:20 the scheduled tech called me directly, maybe not knowing where to go as I had never given my home address. I let him know I had been waiting at their office. At 10:30 they blamed the tech for not being there rather than taking ownership of over promising their appointments. At 10:40 he arrived to begin the install. Update after owner response- still no ownership only excuses. You could have simply apologized to me directly (but you weren't at work either) for any booking miscommunications rather than calling the tech two times, who already said he was on his way! I never asked the lady for an additional discount, I rather told her the discount had already been applied. Not once did anyone say that your tech had a family emergency or personal delay. Not even the tech when I apologized to him that the office kept calling him. The only thing I was told is that Paul should not have said a firm appointment time, -agreeable yes, but too late for that. Your tech tried to say my plastic/ fiberglass exterior finishing was already damaged but then couldn't zoom in on the before pictures he took. Then after I had already drove away, I found smeared black tar chunks (window sealant) in my cup holders. Three stars is being generous at this point.

Amazing!!!! All the staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful!! Amazing communication, this is my first time getting a windshield replacement and I was unsure of what to do. I texted their automated number, but a real person reached out to me quickly and called. I have statefarm and I couldn’t find their shop on the app, but before I could even figure it out, Magic Windshields rep had me on a three way call with a statefarm agent!!! It was incredibly helpful and impressive. Magic windshields is a statefarm certified technician and it was very seamless. I went to the physical office to drop off my car and they have a nice waiting room. The location is awesome, I was able to uber around for cheap to kill time. The windshield itself is beautiful!! The statefarm rep warned me that I’d have to get a recalibration elsewhere (I have a Tesla) and that seemed like it was going to be a headache… but the magic windshields techs did it for me!!!! It seems like all of the team is super knowledgeable, and it really shows in their work!!! I would happily recommend Magic Windshields to everyone!!!

I recently had my windshield replaced at Magic Windshields off Deer Valley and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The quality of the replacement was impeccable. My windshield had a significant crack that required a full replacement. The technicians did an amazing job, ensuring the new windshield was installed perfectly. They also coordinated with my insurance USAA to make the whole process run smoothly, making it all very straightforward. The staff at Magic Windshields was amazing, particularly my technical Gerardo and Derick in the office. Their communication was excellent, and I felt well-informed and confident in their abilities. In addition, the shop itself was clean and well-organized. The waiting area was comfortable, with amenities like coffee and free Wi-Fi, making the short wait time pleasant. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional. I definitely recommend working with Magic Windshields!

This is a PSA to anyone in need of a windshield for your car and your considering using “Magic Windshields”. There company had been sent out to replace my leaking windshield on my 1998 Chevy silverado. Upon an arrival they seemed to not speak much english and didn’t seem to care to much. They didn’t discuss with me they just had me unlock the vehicle and they got to work. As they finished the windshield replacement, They finished up and packed all there stuff up into there van and left. They didn’t come back up to me or anything they just left. Upon first look everything looked good and fine. After a few days of looking at it I noticed this baseball sided dent on my passenger side hood. This dent was not there before there install. I believe one of there guys used my hood to step on or lean on and get a better reach. Causing it to dent, I contacted the company and they refused to make it right, after 3 weeks of calling and being told they would contact me back they didn’t care at the end. I would not recommend this company they do not care.

I waited 2.5 hours only to have the wrong windshield delivered. This was even after I verified what model car I had and the VIN number. Installer was super efficient and nice. Not his fault but now I have to take another half day off for them to fix it tomorrow. I also had to pay $120 after all this to fix 2 stars in another car windshield. I know no one is perfect and mistakes happen but when you have one job which is replacing windshields you would think there would be a checks and balances since they ask you to make yourself available for 4 hours.
