I was very impressed with the prices, the customer service, and how quick the turnaround time was. Mobile installation without the overly-inflated prices those big companies advertising on radio and television charge. Had a great experience in January. Crack the same windshield in July. Called three times texted twice even replied to the original January text with the VIN number. Nothing after a week. Called another company hundred less and very responsive.

They replaced the window on the front passenger door, but they managed to break something so now the door will not open from the inside. They said they would replace it but have given me excuse after excuse as to why they haven't done it yet. It has been at least 5 months since this has happened and the last update I got was that he was waiting on a part from Ford, but that was in July.

The first standout (there are many) from this company is answering when you call. Already rare. The second, making a special trip when no other company had an opening for 7 days. The third, outstanding quality of service at an affordable price point. The fourth, the care and concern to educate customers about aftercare. You won't find a better company to take care of business in a full spectrum way like Mack's. My rear glass is perfect! Thanks so much!!
