Great service, communication and easy to work with Kam and my insurance company! Less than 48 hour turn around from 1st call to job complete! I am on vacation and got a rock chip that cracked from the top of my windshield to the bottom, I called a big company and they didn't have availability for me for about 10 days. Just WOW! This is the first I've had to have the full windshield replaced due to a severe crack in the upper driver side that was spreading down. I didn't really know what to expect from the process, but Kam was fantastic and made the entire process SO unbelievably easy and convenient. I had a quote in less than 30 minutes after filling out the online form, and Kam was even early to the appointment I had scheduled. I called on a Thursday to get the windshield replaced for my 2016 Subaru Forrester at my home. They were able to get the part in by the following Monday. I felt they quoted me a very fair price well under what my deductible would have been for my insurance. (Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover this) They came to my home and replaced the windshield a little over an hour. They were professional, timely and easy to work with. Kam did a wonderful job with our Mercedes GL450 windshield replacement. He was very professional and did a great job. Kam came all the way up here at my last scheduling to have the windshield done and I had told him the wrong year of the car so of course the glass he brought wouldn't fit. He drove from Eugene here to Oakridge and he was so nice about it. Didn't get disgusted at all. I made another appointment then I canceled. At yet another appointment the job got done. He was on time did a great job and was very professional in being neat and clean. He's definitely a 10 + 10!
