Getting my car repaired at LPAG was as painless an experience as I could have imagined. They were able to communicate with my insurance and I promptly and with great clarity, they were able to get me an appointment within days and were flexible scheduling around my work calendar. The repair they did (due to no fault of their own, but rather an issue with my car) was not complete and I was given a discount on my services because of it. They even wen the extra mile by vacuuming my car and providing free crash wrap in the meantime. LPAG understands what customer service means and knows that car repairs can be extremely stressful to handle. Thank you for all your hard work and for making me feel appreciated as a customer-cannot recommend enough!

I have included photos of before the repair, after the repair, and 24 hours after the repair. I called, asked if they fixed windscreen chips. They said they do. I drove to the shop, handed them the keys, and got my car back in 15 mins. I noticed the crack got bigger, but didn’t think much of it. I also saw a mark that I thought was the repair resin, and got a razor blade to try and remove it. After I got home, that was when I realized the resin mark was actually a scratch. The technician repairing the chip must have slipped when he was “drilling” out the chipped glass. The crack also grew an additional half inch as well. When I returned to Low Price Auto Glass (LPAG) to voice these issues. The manager pointed at a sign that said chip repairs were not guaranteed and can make cracks worst. Well, it would be nice if they gave me that warning before the work was performed. The manager also states that the scratch mark I saw was a crack. It is not a crack. I had another shop confirm my initial findings that is it a scratch. I do not recommend LPAG, the technician scratched my window during the repair process and he did not come forward with it. The manager also refuses to acknowledge the damage to the windscreen caused by the repair process, calling and obvious scratch a crack. The crack also grew after the chip was repaired as well. They should have warned me of the potential for additional damage from the repair process before I handed them the keys. The initial photo shows the small chip and 2 cracks. The photo after the repair is the photo with the 2 black sharpie dots. Here you can see that the lower crack has grown, and the mark where the technician scratch the glass. The photo 24 hours after the repair is the photo with tape near the top crack. I was using tape to monitor the crack progress. The lower crack has grown an additional ~0.5 inches.

Came here about to months ago to get my windshield replace on my Alfa Romeo. excellent price and didn’t need to involve my car insurance. Received excellent service. Today I came back in because my father in law used my car recently and accidentally pulled to hard on the rear view mirror and yancked it off. I explained to the manager that as helping me what happened but that I was a customer recently and if they could fix it for me. He looked at it and took it into the garage and had one of his guys fix it back to the windshield. I asked the manager how much and he said not to worry about it as I had been there recently. He didn’t have to do that as it wasn’t their fault but just to let you all know that this place does have great service and good prices and do care and go beyond for their customers. Try them out. I sure am glad I did.

I'd picked up a few tiny chips in my Cadillac and was concerned about getting them filled prior to having to replace the glass months from now, so I swung by with the intention of having them filled in. Chakib took the time to clean my windshield with my in hopes of finding the tiny chips and upon close inspection saw that they weren't substantial enough to be concerned about at this point, but items I should keep an eye on. In lieu of trying to sell me something I didn't need or BSing me somehow for a quick buck, he simply set me on my way. When I do need window repair services, no doubt will LPAG be my first stop, as the folks here seem honest - a rarity with car repairs. Kudos to the team at LPAG. Keep doing what you do, folks!

Great company! I called all over town to get a quote on the replacement of my windshield, on my 08 s550 Mercedes. I ran across this company randomly on line. I read all of their reviews and decided to give them a call. And to my delight, the person that helped me was name "Shack". This guy was awesome!! Low pressure, very informative as well as highly professional. I didn't have to make an appointment, like others, who are in this business, require. All I did was give him a time that I could come and I was in and out in less than 90 min. SAME DAY service!!!! Price was extremely reasonable, compared to other shops. Good people, great service, fair price. After a bad experience of having my car broken into a week before moving three states away, I was frantically trying to find a place to get the window repaired. First place I contacted (big box company) treated me pretty badly. Was already upset after the break-in, so not cool. Mom helped me find these folks at Low Price Auto Glass. Everyone here was very friendly and seemed like they honestly cared. They fit me in no problem asap. They even vacuumed the glass out of my car! Window works like a charm. And now we can drive cross-country safely. I highly recommend these folks. They have the old-Austin friendliness I miss. Thanks y'all!!
