DO NOT COME HERE had my window replaced a month later it came off the track. Came back and the owner said I had a bad window regulator and was gonna charge me $150 to replace it. Took it to another shop and showed me how they in fact didn’t install it correctly and were able to fix it for me. Reply to owner: Funny because I did go and the manager and he refused to open the door and check the labor and he is the one who did the work. I told him it was off track and not installed right and he kept telling me no it’s a regulator. It was a safety issue according to the shop I brought it to and they stated it could fall though at any moment. I had to get it done elsewhere and unfortunately I don’t trust a shop that refuses to check their own work better luck next time and good luck answering to the BBB

After hearing good things about this place, I was disappointed as I did not have such an experience with them. I went in to get a driver side window installed and although they installed it, they just installed it on to a broken regulator. They didn't ask before hand if I wanted to replace the regulator just put it on and rolled the window up and charged me for the installation onto a broken regulator. A few miles away the window fell down and I was forced to remove the panel to get the window back down, only to find that they had broken my speaker. They denied this and it went down hill from there. I lost power to both my windows, my locks quit working, due to a jamb from improper installation of the door panel. I could almost let all of this go, however the way I was treated and talked to from the staff including the way the manager approached the situation was very unprofessional. Their glass may be cheap, but so is their attitude and their work. Unfortunately I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone in the future.ServicesAuto side window replacement

Truckers, you're better off going to Safelite for your windshield!!! This place was recommended by fleet supervisor for a new windshield for under $500. (Safelite is $650+/-) for new windshield installed, which was all but 20 minutes. Went to go pay the bill, my gut feel through my feet when they stated $850... fleet supervisor is aware and no longer recommending drivers to come to this business. Sucks I had to be the guinea pig but live and learn.

AWESOME!! I had a back quarter panel shatter in my Kia the other night at work. I was so mad because I know those little windows are so expensive! I took it here first thing the next morning.
