On a roadtrip, my windshield was shattered and required immediate replacement before I could get on the road. After scheduling issues with Safelite, I called here and Mark was incredibly supportive in determining what windshield replacement I would require. He offered an immediate appointment and price matched Safelite's estimate. I was in-and-out in 45 minutes thanks to Mark and Robert's efficient work. And, the windshield withstood a heat wave, a tornado and hail all within the following week of my trip. Incredible, family-owned, honest business.

I reached out to Low Price Auto Glass back in August via messenger. I was finally able to take my wifes van in to get her windshield replaced. Between the messanger messages and from the moment I walked in and out of there establishment, the customer service was by far the best I have experienced in a very long time. Robert was very professional and he took the time to explain every detail to me from start to finish. The whole staff was friendly and attentive. I was told the whole repair was going to take 1 hour, they had me out of their in about 45 minutes. I brought in new cowl moldings to replace the worn out ones and they did it for me at no extra cost. The windshield was reasonably priced and the workmanship was on point. They did an excellent job and they did not leave a mess. You could say they did the job as if they were working on their own personal vehicle. I highly recommend Low Price Auto Glass without hesitation and as long as they are around I will never go to anyone else. They sure know how to make a good impression by just treating people right and doing a hell of a job. Thank you! I just wanted to share an update. My last review is from 2 yrs ago. I have gone back twice I want to say within 1 year. One for a windshield replacement and another for a repair covered by the warranty they give you. I stand by my initial review of 2 years ago, nothing has changed they continue to go above and beyond for the customer! I do want to thank them for honoring the warranty without hesitation or without trying to find something to void it or put the blame on me as the client. Always very honest, attentive, and reliable. Where do I start about this experience? Let’s start at the beginning which happened a week ago I noticed it chip on my windshield and as the days progress up into yesterday, I noticed the chip was a little bit longer and I have had my windshield repaired prior on a previous vehicle so I decided to google windshield Repair near me…The first recommendation was low price auto glass of El Paso. I gave them a call and Mr. Martin answered, gave me quotes over the phone and I told him I would call him back after thinking about it. I decided to call him back told him I would be able to make it in on my lunch hour which I worked about seven minutes away he insured me that it would not take longer than 15 minutes, so I decided to go ahead and take my car in to get my windshield repaired. Mr. Robert came out to evaluate my windshield and when I pointed out the chip that I was concerned about, he happened to notice a second chip that I did not notice from the inside, it sits behind my review mirror, but from the outside, you could see it or if you look behind the mirror on the inside, he told me about the lifetime guarantee and how The repair would cover the current chips as well as any future repairs. That’s what I went with…I highly recommend them for their overall knowledge, hospitality, and great service that they provided. I was in and out in 15 minutes thank you again.

This business is top-notch. I used their website to request a quote on repairing a rock-chip star in my windshield. Within two minutes of my online submission, my phone rang. "Rob" had the quote for me--$60. By contrast, Safelite was $159. Other shops never got back to me. Rob was personable and answered all of my questions. The next day, I got the work done with no wait. No more than 15 minutes from in to out. The other staff were equally friendly. When the work was finished, I attempted to pay, but they insisted that I inspect the work first to ensure I was satisfied. I was. Their waiting room has coffee, popcorn, TV, and other amenities. Omg!! This place is so awesome! I was in town and a truck kicked up a small rock shattering my windshield! I was needing to get the windshield fixed before getting back on the road home! They made the whole experience effortless especially Melissa she went above and beyond to make sure of that. After dropping off my car with them to get the windshield replaced I didn’t have a ride back to where I was staying and she offered to get me home asap! Such a sweet gesture and with a huge smile! I do not recommend at all save your money and headache I went in to get repair 3 really small chips on a windshield they told me that they were going to be able to repair them and that it will not run and that was the main reason I went in to prevent them from running and having to get a new windshield I got them "repair" with them they even tell you about an offer with a warranty and all the colors in the rainbow I took it then the chips started to run with the climate change I went in because they told me that they had a warranty and then they start telling me about getting a quote I was like what? I was there because of the warranty because they said that the chips were not going to run on me and now they are like no we tell our clients that there is a 50/50 chance it will run if there is a 50/50 chance why would I get it repair and not wait and get it replaced is just like if they didn't do anything at all but just take your money and then they are like but we can discount what you paid on getting a new windshield like if they are doing you the greatest favor I went in because of the good reviews but I would not recommend find another place don't throw your money away like me they will tell you about getting it repair offer you the warranty do absolutely nothing because your cracks/chips will run and then tell you they can put the money you already spend as a discount what a joke save your money people
