I already paid & was thinking to myself it was just the state tax. She went out of her way to confirm & then refunded me. After telling these guys I had been robbed and was missing a whole window, they gave me a quote that was way lower than I worried it would be. After taking my car in, the service was well beyond what I paid for. A swift, no nonsense experience where they not only did a good job, they got rid of the glass and left my seat looking better than it did even before I brought it in! When I called in about a quote The gentleman gave me an extremely fair price As soon as he told me how much it was going to be I asked him when I could schedule the appointment and he told me I could come now if I had time that was 2 hours ago as of the time of this posting, I was in Hayward The gentleman ordered the glass ahead of me getting there without requiring a deposit just out of good faith that I was going to show up when I got there he told me it might take up to an hour and a half however because he ordered the glass prior to me being on my way I was in and out of there and about 35 minutes! I'm not saying every single service will be that fast however the fact that they were so friendly and willing to order the glass ahead of me getting there doing it all on the same day and making sure I had a passenger window before the rain came I cannot recommend this company enough I will definitely be back and recommend to all of my friends and family!!

Unbelievable how shady is this business with all the nice reviews. Listen, stay away from this shady business. They will lie to you in with words and promises and then to game you with unexpected bad news. You will end up wasting time and money for cheap Chinese made part and the worse ever feeling of being robbed in pure daylight. Remember you always get what you paid for. Looked around for a front window replacement from a chip I had that turned into a 2 inch crack which expanded to over 12 inches after a week. Found Low Price Auto Glass on Yelp and from the name and reviews I gave it a shot. Their price was extremely cheap and the quality of work was amazing. I came in at 3pm and was told it would take an hour but it was 30 minutes. The total cost with tax was about $215. Keep in mind I was a walk in too. I recommended this place for those who need a window replacement.
