Liberty Auto Glass was absolutely the best! 5 stars ***** Betsy was very helpful from the very start and reassured me that everything would work out just fine since I had a bad experience with another auto glass place. She was quick with getting me an appointment and made sure it worked with my busy schedule. I appreciated that tremendously. The day of installment for my new windshield, Chuck and Chris were very welcoming and they made the process go extremely smooth. They both did a great job and were very quick with replacing my windshield. I really want to give a big shout out to them for excellent service. Overall, I did learn my lesson...always go with LOCAL! Do not go off the first google search that sounds familiar to you because you see it advertised everywhere...always do the research and check the reviews from past customers. I will definitely recommend Liberty Auto Glass to friends and family. Thank You Betsy, Chuck and Chris:)

Well l have used Liberty before and was very happy . But when I had to get windshield replaced in my 91 Grand Marquis I called on them again was informed that only had one company that makes the glass did not think it would be a problem. When I picked up car I new there's something wrong with the glass and that they didn't even clean up glue to install glass. I took the car home and check on line for company that makes the glass and found out it's the worst glass I could have put in and the story's on line are true glass fogs real easy and can't clear I and distortions when looking through it . They should have known that this was the only one and that it was not a good choice to put in if I had known I would have left the old one in till I found one in the scrap yard. . Like I said I wish they would have told me this glass was bad . also this glass is very soft shows every little bit of road grim and it sits to low on car dirt gets under trim and can't get it out real easy. Have you tried to have a windshield replaced on a classic car lately? It's tough to find somebody. In addition, the installation process is substantially different than modern cars. I was assured that Chuck (the owner) is familiar with this process. Well...ROCK STARS !! Chuck and Chris probably could do this in their sleep!! And, it's the correct "Carlite" glass, to boot !! AWESOME job, and they did it very quickly (this is not to say they rushed - - it's just the level of experience and skill). Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful — from the office to the men who came to my house to install my new windshield. Easy processes and they will walk you through everything! They allow you to use insurance so process was easy and less expensive. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! After having winshield changed I notice micro pieces of glass all over the truck. I took it home and vacuumed it out and thought no big deal. Until two days later I was rear-ended and at the same time showered with glass. After further inspection I realized the headliner was full of glass and everytime you bumped it you were covered with micro pieces. All I can say is if you like your eyes and use your defroster shop elsewhere. P.S. I never leave reviews but in this case I had too.

Stone hit my wife's car and it was fixed the very next day ! Friendly respectful staff of car people who know what they're doing. They recalibrated all the fancy stuff on my wife's car perfectly ! The job was so nice & clean that they even neatly saved my PA inspection sticker creating no additional hassle for me. There's virtually no evidence that my front windshield was ever even changed. Our car was stored inside overnight as well. A+ Highly recommend.
