I contacted Liberty via email and got a very timely reply; they scheduled an appointment for the same day (within hours of my email) and showed up on time. Liberty was very fast at fixing the windshield, and made an effort to explain what was happening while it was being done. I am very pleased with the fast, efficient, helpful and friendly service.

After reading all of the 5 star reviews I was very hopeful and confident in my decision to have them replace my windshield. I was quoted a great price over text. Pictures were sent of my windshield and the damage to it which was a single crack going across. An appointment was made and the conversation ended with me asking if they take cash or cards. I didn't get a response. I asked the day before my appointment if our appointment was still set, no response. He never showed up for our appointment with no reason as to why and didn't inform me it was cancelled. When I first called Shanon (spelling?) was very informative on my needs. Gave me a quote. I called back the next week to schedule a time to get the windshield replaced and he was in California and said it would be the next week and asked me to text him the details on the car. He said he could get it Thursday and be back in Silver Springs the following week. I sent the text. Did not hear back from him so I called. He said he could get the windshield on his car Thursday and come Friday (5/8/2020). I called Thursday as I had not gotten any confirmation on a time for him to come to our location to fix it. I called him 3 times and text twice and no response. Very frustrating that he did not even response. Not very reliable for sure. Now I have to wait another two weeks before I can get someone to come out. I called him originally as I live inSilver Springs where his address is and thought I would use a local guy to help him out. Awesome Service! Quick, Affordable and great work. I would recommend Liberty over any other Glass company in the surrounding areas.

So my boyfriend and I contacted this company and had a day set to repair my windshield. I got off work early to be able to get it fixed. My boyfriend called and he forgot he made a appointment with us and didn't even have the windshield. Apparently he had to wait for it to come in from California and would "contacted us as soon has he had it" supposedly it would be that weekend. It has been 2 weeks now and my boyfriend has called and text and we have been completely ignored. Highly unprofessional and very poor customer service.
