We called around a few places for pricing. All the "big box" places wanted way too much information and commitment before you can get a quote. And then they give too many "options" and jargon I didn't need. We called Waldo, and got a fast simple quote, and it was way less expensive than all the others I called. We were all finished and out the door in just over 24 hours from the time I called. Nothing fancy, no cotton candy for the kids, no fancy show room, just changed the windshield in about 45 minutes and we were done! Great place to work with. My SUV needed the windshield replaced, it has special rain sensors. The appointment was for yesterday, but the glass was not delivered to the shop as expected. Waldo communicated with me as soon as he realized the glass was not going to make it in time for my appointment, and he called me before I headed his way. We had to reschedule but communication was present the whole time. I showed up to the new appointment today and , like others have said, they took 40 minutes or less, which is what they said they would take. I would recommend this place.

I think one of the most important and respectful characteristics to have for a business is transparency. I had a rock chip smaller than a dime on my front windshield that I needed filled to prevent spreading. I knew insurance covered chips so I took my car in to this place. I arrived at my appointment time, waited a few minutes, then a man came to greet me and get my car. The only thing he asked me was where the chip was. I showed him and he took it in. I waiting for a while then when it was done he THEN informed me that they don’t take insurance because they “haven’t set it up yet” and “[insurance] makes you jump through so many hoops”. I was forced to pay for the fill out of pocket which is extremely frustrating considered I had no idea and would have taken my car elsewhere that my insurance would have covered. Like come one man.

I just had a great experience at this shop. They were prompt and very friendly. There was a rust problem around my windshield and they explained the possible complications and did extra work to make sure it wouldn't cause any trouble in the future. They didn't charge me extra which was a pleasant surprise. The service was quick and clean. I will definitely use them in the future!
