Lake Travis Mobile Glass

There guys do a really nice job. I had a pretty big chip in my windshield. When I called them and I got scheduled within a couple of days. When he got there and saw the chip he said he would try to fix it but if it failed he would roll the cost forward into a new windshield. Within a few weeks a new crack appeared. U called and within 48 hrs, I had a new windshield. Perfect!

Totally recommend these honest friendly people! I called them as I just bought a used car a few days ago & now noticed a small windshield crack. I could not recall if it was there prior, or if it was a new crack. They went out of their way to meet me in Lakeway to take a quick look, at no charge, and told me that the crack had been filled prior & that no work was needed. They easily could have told me it needed repair & I would not have a clue. Hard to find HONEST businesses like this, I would definitely call them if I ever need windshield service!

I took a chance on Lake Travis Mobile Glass and so far it's been great! I had a rock chip on the edge of my windshield that could not be repaired and eventually traveled 2 feet on my windshield. They came when our appointment was made, were done in 45 min and did it in my driveway so I could keep going about my day. This was very convenient. They have a lifetime warranty, so I'm not worried about installation leaks or anything else! Great service!

Lake Travis Mobile Glass made it easy and seamless to get an online quote and schedule an appointment to replace the windshield in my 2001 Honda Civic. After I submitted the information thru their website, I was contacted very quickly by Kristen to finalize the order. The service technician, Oswald, was great -- he arrived at my home at the time scheduled, and made it look easy. It was obvious he had done this many times before, and probably could have done it blindfolded! I've recently referred Lake Travis Mobile Glass to two friends who also needed windshield replacement, and they were also very pleased with the quick and professional service they received. Highly recommended!!

I’ve posted screenshots of the conversation a family member of mine had with a representative of Lake Travis Mobile Glass. The individual seems to have felt it was inappropriate to ask whether or not a AAA discount was available and immediately became confrontational. This is pretty unfortunate because it really wasn’t a deal breaker if the discount wasn’t something they offered. Rather, it would just have been useful to know when comparing prices. I hope this is just a single misguided employee and not indicative of how the owners run the business. Needless to say I can’t recommend Lake Travis Mobile Glass without an apology and remediation. If you can't see the screenshots, it culminates in the staff member calling my family member stupid and an a-hole

Well, couldn't tell you about their windshield repair because they haven't responded. I'll clarify.... I called the number listed and voicemail picked up. Their message says, "You can text us! Request a quote via text..." So, I texted them my car info and 24 hours later, no response. So guess what? I'll just go to someone else. And if you're reading this, LT Mobile Glass? You might want to change your voicemail....
