Jose came out and did my Lexus RXL. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My only concern was getting a water leak, he ensured me I was in great hands, and there was nothing to worry about. Everything came out great!

Jose arrived early at my house and installed a new windshield on my Jaruar. He was very pleasant and efficient. The new windshield looks. Amazing and he was able to replace our SunPass sensor on the new windshield. I can highly recommend his work. Thank you Jose!!

I see why Jose gets 5 stars. So a rock hit my windshield and caused a small hole with a spiderweb kind of crack. I called a windshield repair/replacement company that had the highest reviews in the area (Lakeland/Brandon/Tampa). They had me send a picture and responded that I needed an entirely new windshield. It was explained that the laminate on the windshield was damaged and this made the windshield unable to be repaired. This didn't make sense to me, so I searched for a small business with high reviews. In the past, I've found that when dealing with small business', the owners tend to be more honest with their customers. LGIC caught my eye because of the solid 5 star reviews. Well, as always, Google reviews did not let me down. Jose's communication was solid, professional, clear, and concise! He even started the work day early the next morning to squeeze me in before he headed to the shop, which I greatly appreciated. I didn't want to get back on the road and risk making the crack worse, so squeezing me in before the day started and I got on the road was more than I could ask for. Jose was fast but efficient! He saved my windshield, thanks Jose! Thanks for not trying to rip me off like the other windshield company. Now, we also engaged in a conversation about how many of the windshields they construct these days have defects, like when you see waves or blurry spots in your windshield. I have had to fight with more than one windshield company, about replacing brand new windshields they've installed on my vehicles because of these types of defects. Jose knew exactly what I was talking about, explained why this happens at the production sites, and explained that he gives each windshield a VERY detailed inspection before he purchases and installs it. If the windshield has major defects, he returns it, unlike the big windshield repair and replacement shops that just slap it in. Jose will definitely be hearing from me the next time I need a windshield installed or repaired and someone trustworthy and highly experienced to do the job. Invest in your local small business owner. You're going to get a better service product and a more personal interaction. If you stick with these windshield replacement mill shops and get a subpar product, shame on you. Thank you Jose, I'll see you for the next replacement and/or repair!

After a disappointing experience with Safelite (Progressive's preferred provider) who left resin drops around a crack that ultimately spread within a week, I decided to look elsewhere. Finding LGIC Auto Glass was the best decision! Jose, the owner, went above and beyond - he personally drove to Tampa to get my new windshield, installed it the same day in my garage, and coordinated the recalibration specialist to come the very next day. The entire process was seamless. Jose's communication was excellent throughout, and his professionalism and courtesy were top-notch. While I did have to pay upfront, Jose provided the proper documentation for my Progressive claim, and I was fully reimbursed within a week. If you need windshield replacement or repair, I highly recommend LGIC Auto Glass LLC over the big chain companies. The personalized service and quality work were absolutely worth it!
