Klassy Auto Glass

Referred by a friend to this shop to replace windshield. Paid $230 in July, 2 days of heavy rain 10/12 & 10/13/18. Water pouring in from seam of glass top corner driver side windshield. Car interior wet and moist all weekend. Went to shop on Tuesday, 10/16, spoke with main installer and was told 30 day warranty has expired. I said it was not raining in July and August, its raining in October and how would I've known job was completed incorrectly until it rained? He examined for 5 mins and said its the hood molding. Coming from the seam of the window you guys replaced? I paid $230 in good faith for this? He said we have people pay $700 and more. I said I don't care what they pay, I only care about what I paid for a shabby job! So here I am heading into a rainy season with the need to pay again for window replacement. I do not recommend this shop!

I was recommend to this place. First off the price was good but the quality sucks! When it rains the water leaks into my car my cup holder would be full if I leave it outside when it rains. My light no longer turns on because water was coming out through there as well. Never been so disappointed in my life like I am right now. They gave us a month to go back and get another one but the month was up and I WOULDNT HAVE WENT BACK TO GET IT REPLACED BY THEM. I called to let them know what was going on and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend this shop at all pay a good price for some good quality work! Ps i have nothing against them nor am I trying to talk bad but this really messed up my car and I’m sure anyone would be upset as well.

Ive been here twice now. Once for my 2016 chevy suburban which has a fancy windshield with rain sensor and collision detection. Other companies wanted almost $700 for the windshield. If i remember correctly i got it for $150 installed. The sensors are working so they know what theyre doing. Only took one hour. Yesterday they replaced the rear passenger window of my 2015 Chevy silverado for only $100! excellent prices highly reccomend!

This is my second visit to this shop. Both times have been an easy, money saving, fast, and quality experience. The first time I came with my 2016 Chevy Suburban that has a fancy rain sensor and collision detection sensors in its windshield. The price was less than 1/3 of any other glass company. I put off replacing that windshield for a year because of the huge expense i thought it would be based on all the other quotes i got. On this second visit i had a 2015 Chevy Silverado that had a rear passenger power window smashed out. Once again, Very affordable and fast. Just bring your car here and they get the glass in about 15 mins and replace it in less than an hour. It is worth the drive down here to save hundreds of dollars on winshield, side, or rear window replacement. they also replace side mirrors. I was previously unaware that Arizona drivers get a waiver regarding FREE windshield replacement if you add glass coverage to your insurance policy (look into it, my insurance company did not mention it when I signed up for my policy). Safelite quoted me almost $500 for a windshield, just a piece of glass, no calibration or fancy stuff, etc. Klassy Auto Glass installed my windshield in less than an hour for a fraction of the price. If I ever need any other glass replacement, I’m coming here!

Quick and simple and very affordable!! I was being charged over $300+ for my window and had to wait days for other companies to order my windshield for my vehicle.
