Called Mr. King last week on Wednesday and then again Friday to confirm my appointment for this morning at 8:30 am today. I specifically asked if he would have the supplies to complete my repair. He assured me he would and said to come on in Monday. I took off work, showed up for my appointment, only to be told he wouldn’t have the windshield until Wednesday. He was not apologetic or anything!! That was so unprofessional!!!! The only thing he said as I grabbed my keys was “Let me know.” I would not recommend this company.

Very unprofessional. Rude when I talked to him on the phone about 10:30 and told me they would be out to replace my front windshield around 12pm Thursday Oct 11. They never showed up so I tried to call them back around 3. Couldn't get an answer. I got an answer when I called at 5 and he said they were running behind but still coming. It gets to be 7pm and nobody ever came. The next day they called AT 1:00pm!! And said someone would be out in 45 min. I said okay. An hour and 15 min later I called again and he said he's on his way. Very unprofessional and wasting my time.

I'll share my experience with King Auto Glass& Trim ok my first time hearing about him was from some people that i had met for the first time and i needed to make a purchase in order for things to go smoothly in ny travel from start to finish i must tell everybody that this man will work with you if you put yourself in a good position for him to see you as a good person and of real character that can hold a decent conversation this man will work out any problems you have that are laying on the table he was able to help me extremely and i truly thank God for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing guy!!!!!! Very Helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE EXPERIENCED! It took a whole entire month for him to fix one tiny side view mirror. He lied everyday. He would tell us to come in and everyday , he said come the next day for 4 weeks. As if no one had a job or places to be. When asked why he is turning us around everyday, he proceeded to yell through the phone with an attitude as if WE were getting on his nerves. This was a simple job that could have been completed within the first 30 mins of the first day we came. The worst part about it all was that we paid in advance so , we could not go elsewhere. After all of that , he ended up getting a 5th mirror that was not even the color of the car. Complete waste of time and money. It took 3 of us to finally get the mirror done by Mr . KING! Never again will I need service from someone with no customer service skills and a smart mouth. If I could give no stars I WOULD

Very, very, very unprofessional. No manners whatsoever. No southern hospitality. Just a man so hungry and greedy for money that he’ll sit and pile on all that work on himself knowing that he is only one person. I feel like he takes you seriously depending on how much you are spending. Plus, the business building itself is quite nasty on the inside. Clutter everywhere and no A/C or heat. I hate leaving bad reviews especially for black owned businesses but please don’t waste your time with this man. He simply does not care. He just wants your money and from the reviews I saw, he’s not even all that good.

They don't deserve a star. Brought my car in August for sunroof and back glass replacement and didn't get it back until March. Over half of a year had past before anything was completed. Not to mention I had to be the one to call for updates for months. When I did I was told that the wrong part was ordered for the back glass and had to be returned. There was tons of excuses and false promises that the car would be complete "tomorrow". He had not even attempted to do the sunroof which came in a week after bringing the car in. The only reason he finished the sunroof was because I decided to come up to the shop to get the car after seeing that it had been sitting out uncovered in snow and rain for months. That's when I was told to stay there while he put the sunroof in. It was a rush job. He put it in in 30 minutes. Non of the electric was connected. Why wasn't this done in August when the part came in? I then took the car to another shop who was able to get correct glass and install it in 12 hours at a much cheaper price. And it wasn't a rush job! Don't let King Auto play with your time and money!
