Kineged Baltimore Auto Glass, Windshield Repair Replacement

I had a great experience with Kineged. I tried a few other "name brand" glass repair stores and none of them had appointments available the same week. My window was shattered and I needed it fixed asap. A friend suggested I called Kineged and he was able to take care of it within 48 hours. Great customer service in scheduling and Matt (the technician who installed the window) was efficient and courteous. I hope I never need them again but if I do - I'll be happy to be a returning customer.

6/2023 I contacted Kineged earlier today as I needed my windshield replaced due to a large crack and they were located close by. The owner initially told me that they would pick up the glass and come out the next morning. However, I got a call later on this afternoon stating that the glass was already picked up and they could take care of it TODAY (same day). So, Eli and Matt came out and took care of everything promptly and they were friendly and courteous. The new windshield looks great and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciate their efforts and excellent service. I would definitely use Kineged again and recommend them to others!!! ***Update 3/28/24 I had a new crack in my windshield and replaced it a second time through Kineged. They were able to get me taken care of the very next day, it didn't take long at all and the cost was very reasonable. I am definitely pleased and will certainly use Kineged again in the future!!

Unbeknownst to me something had hit my windshield and created a crack that just kept on spreading. As I received one quote to get my windshield replaced, I figured let me keep looking around before I decide what to do next. I came across Kineged and the reviews were pretty good so I sent a text to receive a quote. My text was quickly responded to with a breakdown of costs depending on the part I would need based on my vehicle. At the same time I record a third quote from another establishment but it turned out to be more than what I was quoted by Kineged. I replied to Kineged asked when was the soonest I could bring my Jeep in and I was told that very afternoon or the next day in the morning. I was surprised how soon I would be able to get my windshield replaced so without hesitation I told them that I would be there same day after I got off work. Then the job took no time which was a plus. Such a great experience with Kineged from beginning to end and should I need my windshield repaired or replaced (which I hope not) then I will be sure to contact them again!
