Keller's Auto Glass

Mr. Keller did a great job on replacing my windshield. He was prompt and got the job done quickly. There was an issue with the glass being blurry (manufacturer issue). He stood behind his work and replaced it with glass from a different manufacturer with no additional charge. I’ve had no issues with the new glass at all. His price was better than any other I found. He is very personable, professional and reliable. Great value and experience.

He and his company recently replaced the windshield to my Mazda CX-5 for a comfortable $300, compared to a near $500 through other services. They were prompt, efficient, and well worth the money. Hopefully I will not need to further utilize these services, but if I do, I will use him.

Called James on Thursday and he came out the next day to my job up on the North side and replaced the windshield in my 2021 Camry. He was the best price and less than half the price of Safelite. Looks great looks just like original . I have driven it for 4 days now and no issues. Great, fast service at a great price. What else can you say. I had a window motor replaced in the driver side door. It was repaired, however, 3 other functions were disabled after the disassembling of my door. The worker had to come back to fix these functions and those functions were restored, but then my power lock button stopped working. During this repair appointment the gentleman showed me how it wasn't working and informed me that something would have to be ordered/repaired. I gave them a week to do so. I heard nothing back. I reached out, they said they will not be ordering anything and that they didn't break anything. Even though, in the lifetime of my owning this vehicle I've not once had an issue with my power locks. I reached out and very kindly asked that they do the right thing and make sure that the power locks be fixed back to a working setting and I have not heard back and have been ignored. Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review as I gave them plenty of time to do the right thing.
