Our local dealership where we service our cars referred us to this company to replace a cracked windshield. I had called other local companies, sent contact us forms, even to a certain big name auto glass replacement company insurance companies often work with and no one got back to us. K&B answered our call right away and the rep was super professional and helpful. We weren’t able to get in same day but it wasn’t urgent for us because we have another car we used instead in the interim. I imagine a lot of folks are having windshield issues during monsoon season in Arizona! The tech came by today within the time window provided, was super communicative and professional. He finished quickly. The pricing also was very good compared to other companies or if we had gone through insurance and had to pay a deductible. Highly recommend!

Took my charger to the Dodge dealer where apparently they have a person from K&B on site. I happened to have a cracked windshield and the service writer asked if I wanted them to replace it. I agreed and the following day when my car was ready for the window replacement the K&B guy called me. I specifically asked them about the strip of tint across the top of my window and they assured me that they not only could and would do it they would do it before installing the glass so it looked clean. There was an issue and they rescheduled the replacement for a different day at my house. Upon my arrival home they were just finishing up and I noticed there was no tint. Apparently he was never told about putting the tint back on the new window. He took pictures of the old window with tint and said he would send them to the guy at the dealer and he would contact me about getting it fixed. Later I drove the car and found my rear view mirror to be exceptionally loose. They never reached out to me and after numerous times calling them nobody answered the phone. Apparently their assurance doesn't mean much and follows the same line as the quality. UPDATE...I was contacted by K&B and they realized there was an issue/communication disconnect. After we talked they we're very quick to come out and make sure everything was corrected. It seemed like they sincerely wanted to make things right and they did just that, for that I give them 4 stars and would be willing to give them another try.

Had an unfortunate crack in my windshield after it was struck by a rock. Never a fun experience and always a very expensive repair. Typically also kind of a hassle dealing with insurance. K&B was recommended to me by my auto dealerships service department. My windshield requires calibration and they work together to complete the process. Ordering of glass and scheduling was done by K&B and was very efficient and seamless. I worked with their customer service team and received top-notch absolutely wonderful service. They coordinated the calibration with my dealership once the glass came in and all was done within a few hours. Both took my schedule and time into consideration. I was treated absolutely phenomenally. The work was done without any issues and work appears to be very well done. I want again give kudos to the associate that helped me in customer service. She was outstanding and she also handled all of the messy stuff that's always a hassle with my car insurance company. Wonderful experience even though one you don't desire. Thank you K&B! Should I ever require glass repair again I will definitely be a customer again. Highly recommend. 5 stars hands down!

I've been using K&B Auto Glass Works over the last several years for all of my vehicles. I've had approximately 10 windshields replaced by them so far. Everything has gone great until I needed my windshield replaced on my current truck. (Please keep in mind that all my windshields get a tint visor strip installed) The original replacement occured in the beginning of the week. First guy that came out and did the install didn't prime the windshield frame correctly, causing wind and water leaks. I called and they scheduled for a tech to come out and look at it. Matt (different tech than the original installer) came to my house the following Saturday (and is about the only tech that is competent in this company) and tried to seal the windshield as best as possible. He told me that if it still had wind noise and let in water afterwards that the windshield would need to be replaced. Well, the windshield still leaked. I called that very next Monday, and they said they would have someone out on Tuesday to replace the windshield. They advised the technician to call me prior to even installing the windshield. He never called me. The tech came out and attempted to "save" the windshield that was in the truck when taking it out and ended up stress cracking the glass. So he had to wait for someone else to bring him another windshield. Well, that windshield didn't have a tint strip on it and they decided to try and tint the glass after it was already in the truck. This created several air bubbles that are STILL present in the film. And the windshield stressed cracked only 2 DAYS LATER after it was installed. Another technician came out and said "I'm sorry but this isn't a stress crack" and tried showing me a spot in the crack that was "the point of impact." Ok, this "point of impact" he is describing is underneath a windshield wiper blade! Even my insurance company said that there is no point of impact and the company should warranty the glass. But they refuse. I am really disappointed in the level of service with this company. Do yourself a favor and go to Gecko Auto Glass and save the headache.

Hyundai referred this company to us and we decided to go with them even though they offer no incentives for replacing the windshield like most companies do. 2 weeks after the installation our windshield was already cracked, no impact happened, obviously a bad installation. No problem, things happen. Called the company, a guy came and took pictures, and even though is clear that this was a bad installation they refused to fix it. Not only that but customer service was absolutely nasty about it. Over 30 years of having cracked windshields replaced and not one time this has happened so If I were you, I'd go with any other company.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

This company is a absolute scam. I payed fir a warranty to get my glasses replaced if it ever cracks. They replaced it once. The second time they told me they only do it once a year. Onto my third glass now and they are telling me they only replace it if they installed it poorly. That's gotta be the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Obviously if you mess it up you need to replace it. Do not trust this business. Edit: they have already covered a cracked windshield from a rock once. And now as the owner states they are completely denying it. Clearly a shady way to sell warranty. I was specifically told the warranty would cover cracks from rocks when purchasing this warranty
