Robert and his crew are awesome! I've now had 3 windshields replaced on 3 different cars over ther past 5 years and Johnson's Autoglass is the only place I go! Very reasonable and quick.

Would not return, the windshield was replaced but the hassle to get it done and the cover around the rearview was never replaced. They ordered and installed the wrong windshield, had replaced, made 5 or 6 trips total between their need to reschedule. Person at the office is too disorganized. I shouldn't have to ask 3/4 times if the part has come in. This spanned over months.

I called 2 other shops before I called these guys. Their price was the lowest. And they didn't charge me $45 extra for mobile service like the other guys. Thanks for coming out to get me taken care of.

Got my rear windshield replaced twice at Johnson the second time they thought I asked for the front windshield so I had to wait a couple days and pay half up front nothing to complain about . They are really nice people definitely take your vehicle to them for window replacement.

When we first purchased our vehicle there was a crack in the windshield and the dealership used this location to have it replaced. Recently the rear view mirror fell off. Upon taking it back to this location we discovered that they had not used the proper mounting bracket and they said that they would fix it. They mounted a new bracket but they did so in such a way that you could not adjust the rear-view mirror and it was basically stuck facing down. Then we had to wait for them to re replace the windshield. While they didn't charge us and ultimately they did make it right it should have been done correctly the first time and not required to separate visits to get this fixed. It should have been done right the first time. Edit changing my review to one star. Upon having to have a rock chip fixed the technician discovered that Johnson's AutoGlass had not properly fastened to the windshield in place. The glass repair guy was able to attach the Fasteners properly but had we not been advised of that by him the windshield could have simply popped out of place

I had a rock chip "repaired" here. The guy spent less than 3min, drilled a hole in my windshield and put a little bit of glue or something, scraped off the rest and sent me on my way. I expressed my concern, but he assured me it was fine so I paid the $35. Less than two weeks later, the tiny less-than-a-quarter sized star chip had extended up behind my registration sticker (which is why I didn't notice it at first) and shot out the top. What was just a little chip can't be repaired anymore so I'm stuck having to replace the whole windshield ;-C!!!! I took the truck back up there to see if they could do anything and they would NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Do NOT recommend!
