My daughter’s side window was shattered by a rock from a weed eater. I first called Safelite (all automated and directed me to their website) and was quoted nearly $500 for the replacement and it wouldn’t be done for another week. I like to call around, so I called Jerry’s and the nicest gentleman answered and within minutes quoted me less than half of safelite and could get us in 4 days. We got the window fixed today and it only took them an hour! They were friendly, fast and charged exactly what they quoted. I will use them and recommend them for any future auto glass replacements in the future. Thanks guys!

My windshield was damaged while driving. I filed an insurance claim and selected Jerry’s to replace my windshield. I waited three days after filing the claim before calling Jerry’s. When I called, I asked if they had received notice of my claim — they had. The man I spoke with said that he would find a windshield to fit my vehicle and call me back. Over two weeks later, and not a word from Jerry’s. I called another business and they were able to get a windshield within a couple of hours.

I rated them a 1 because the survey did not offer less. I had a rear window problem with my 2014 f150 where the defroster quit, so ford warranty used them to replace it at the ford dealer, strangely it happened again so they came to the ford dealer and changed yet another one. Well this one leaks water, so i was told by the dealer to take it to jerrys..before. idid,i checked it myself with the hose and water poured in and stained the headliner again,i had to prove it at the ford dealer in which they did the same test and they agreed. So i took it to jerrys shop for the entire day,and when i picked it up they said they found the leak in the cargo light! They never removed the caulk from the frame that i put on to check it,it still leaks as they did nothing to help me. We had some heated words as my wife was witnessing and they called me the F word several times. This dealer is nothing close to reliable or friendly, further action will coming soon.

I came out of my car near a golf course to discover the windshield on my Buick. Enclave cracked across the center. I contacted my insurance company (I have a $100 deductible) for a windshield installer recommendation. The company they recommended was asking $738 for the windshield replacement. When I questioned the price, they said it includes recalibration of the forward facing camera behind the windshield because my car had ADAS features. I searched for other windshield installers and came up on Jerry's Auto Glass Inc., what a fortunate find! Jim at Jerry's Auto Glass Inc. explained to me the forward facing camera did not need to be recalibrated unless the installer was to move it, which a good installer won't do. After learning this, in my view, companies that require camera recalibration before installing a replacement windshield is lining their pockets with an unnecessary service . When I contacted my insurance company to inform them, I was using Jerry's Auto Glass Inc. they still tried to get me to hire their recommendation, even though it would cost them over $400 more for my windshield replacement, stating their recommended company would guarantee the workmanship against leaking for five years I didn't relay this information to Jim at Jerry's auto glass and he stated their workmanship was guaranteed as long as I own the car. Jim took a phone call while I was waiting on my windshield installation to be completed, the caller had a concern of a leak around the sunroof of a Toyota vehicle. Jim gave him advice on cleaning the sunroof drains which might alleviate the problem before spending money by bringing the vehicle in. Now that's awesome for a business owner to do. I saved my insurance company over $400 and I couldn't be happier. Give Jerry's Auto Glass Inc. a try and you'll be pleased too! I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes.

They installed a new windshield on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect. Even though it was an oem windshield, it leaked water every time it rained right onto my radio. After the windshield cracked, I finally replaced it. They did an amazing job! No excess glue is visible on the inside, and it doesn't leak now! They got me in quick, completed the job in about an hour and a half, and it was affordable! I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on! Couldn't be happier!!!

Ok I’d first like to say that hands down the best business I’ve been to in many many years. The honesty, professionalism, and the knowledge. So I called several places for quotes me they was all 100’s more for my back glass in 4Runner.. he was the only one even before he knew I was going to use him that gave me the information about what had caused my back glass to just randomly shatter. It was the defrost it gets to hot. But no one else told me that info, so big ups for that. And he didn’t over charge me because my back hatch don’t just open up so it made his job harder but he didn’t charge. And I forgot to tell him when I got the quote. And then he was 10 dollars cheaper than what he quoted, I told him that and he just still stuck with the cheaper price. All together I’m very impressed and glade to see that they are still companies out their like his..would highly recommend to anyone..
