Very courteous and professional! We were actually stopped by the owner in the parking lot of a gas station. He noticed the crack in my girlfriend's windshield and flagged us down, quoted and set up an appointment in about 10 minutes right there. He came to the house and spent about an hour working on it. And still saved us 20 bucks compared to bringing it into safelite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
