Jack Morris an Auto Glass Now Company

I visited the Jack Morris Auto Glass Center on Winchester in Memphis, and I can not say enough about this company. Having transferred my information from another store, I came into the store and was immediately greeted in way that I did not expect. The courteous and friendly manner that I was given went far and beyond my expectation. The person that helped me (Carmen) even offered me a cup of coffee when it was 20 degrees today. Fortunately for me, a glass tech took my car into a bay and was finished with my car within 35 - 40 minutes. My out-of-pocket expense was extremely reasonable and a lot cheaper than I anticipated. She also gave me a quote to fix another windshield for my daughter and the cost was much cheaper than I anticipated. If you are reading this review, if you ever need to get your auto glass repaired, Jack Morris is definitely where you need to take your car/truck. And, based on some advise given to me, never, NEVER take your car to an auto repair shop. They will outrageously over charge you for the glass itself and will probably treat you like any other customer. I will most definitely take my car to Jack Morris next time.

We had a windshield replaced by Jack Morris in 2016. They were easy to work with and the process was simple. Fast forward to 2020, we discovered a slow leak in the seal. They came out and repaired it within 2 days, no questions asked. Love that they stand behind their work and will for the life of the time I own the car. My rear passenger door window was busted during a vehicle break-in, in Memphis. I called manufacturer dealerships who told me that the glass is on backorder for ~4 weeks. Concerned, as I need to drive this vehicle with my child in it, I called Jack Morris. Khailee at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did they have the glass in stock, she said that if I dropped off my vehicle (2 days after the incident), she would work me into the schedule. The window install was fine. However the installer left glass all in our car. We found close to 25 pieces of glass shards in the seat and floorboard. When I called the office they acted like they would send someone to detail the vehicle. This never happened. I called back to try to speak to a manager and the best they offered was for them to email their boss in Nashville who would reach out to me. This never happened also. I called several times and left messages regarding nothing being done and to this day I still have not heard anything. I paid around $450 for a standard front windshield. It took the installer 15 minutes to install. It seemed great until he left and it was too late. I feel like for as much as I paid the least that could happen would be to ensure glass was not left in my vehicle. But the icing on this cake was definitely the failure to make it right. I do not recommend.

Lied to me repeatedly about when windshield would come in. First "this week" then "maybe today", then "no later than tomorrow", the last straw was "maybe tomorrow" again, but now 2 days till install. I told them I wanted to look at it sometime before install (like I've done before years ago). They said that was perfectly fine. Apparently despite me telling them this a week and 2 days ago, it's now 2 days to install and they still don't have windshield. According to them it was ordered a week ago, but the office manager said she kept pushing back picking it up from dealer because "we have other customers". Sorry I got in the way of your more privileged customers. Office manager was thoroughly pissed off the whole conversation. I asked "why do I keep being told different things about the windshield?". According to her "because I'm the one making the call to push it back, we have other customers". Sorry for not being your perfect version of a customer.

Jack Morris Auto Glass is the best auto glass company. They have great customer service. It’s easy to call & make an appointment and if you are filing a claim with your insurance company, they facilitate the process. Both of our cars had windshield cracks within a week apart. I made one phone call & Jack Morris Reps helped me . Everyone at Jack Morris is professional, courteous and helpful. I’m using them if ever have an issue with my auto glass needs.
