This is the second time that I have used Innovative Auto Glass. Both Karla and Dave were fantastic to work with. Even though there is currently a shortage of car parts, both Dave and Karla were able to find a specialized windshield for my Range Rover Velar. We had an issue with our sunroof where it wouldn’t close completely, and after the last snowstorm the window was leaking. We called Innovative Auto Glass and they scheduled our appointment right away. The window was fixed so quickly and the communication was perfect. Excellent experience start to finish with Innovative Auto Glass. Having a heated windshield with HUD I wanted to make sure it was taken care of properly. David didn’t disappoint! His work was quick and very professional and he even sent me on my way with a lot of advice to avoid future problems with my windshield and back window as well.
