Hurricane Auto - Auto Glass Store & Window Tinting

I've been a long time customer for almost 20 years since Sam personally operated the business. Now it's run by younger staff. I've used and referred all my family and friends over the years as well. Always excellent service until today. Today's windshield replacement service was sloppy in every way. A two hour wait turned into a 3.5 hour wait. My car was filthy with glass shards, cardboard pieces, fluid, rubber pieces, and debris all over my dash, console, and front seats when presented to me. There is black staining sealant on the edge of my bright headliner. Electronic pieces along windshield were not put back into place. The windshield is covered in smudges, handprints, and ghost sticker marks. In all my years I've never known glass work technicians to not wipe and clean the glass itself after installation. It even looks like they installed it upside down with stickers and had to fix it. You can see the sticker shadows. My car wash club sticker was not put back at all and is missing. And the most trifling thing is somebody went through my change and took all my quarters like a cliché bum. This never would have been tolerated if Sam was there. The price was good but it may not be worth the sloppiness. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

Our Ford F250 Broken in to at restaurant, Called few places and Hurricane Auto was highly recommended by one of our colleague and went to their physical location at 11000 Gulf Fwy, Spoke to Sam he was awesomely nice in explaining about glass quality and price and he scheduled my job right away and had very nice waiting area with TV with just regular local channels, wish they would have dish channels. They had WIFI Network available on request so I got on internet and didn't know how two Hours passed but Sam came to me told my Truck was ready with new Door Glass and matching Tint. great job very good customer Service and friendly environment, waiting area and rest rooms were very clean and they had outside patio waiting area too overall it was good experience. I will highly recommend this place to any one needed Auto Glass replacement on their Car. .

The best experience I ever had at an auto shop. I felt like Sam and Rick really cared about me! I needed permanent roof rails installed on my suv, so I tried shopping locally first. I first stopped by Brazoria county truck outfitters and they charged more than a dealership, ($700, which included 4 hours of labor $95 hourly). Really? 4 hour to install roof rails? Then I called Hurricane Auto, and spoke to Rick who was so friendly. He wouldn't give me a quote over the phone but when I told him about my first shop, he couldn't believe how much they were trying to charge me. When I came in, I spoke to Sam who was also very friendly. They charged me only $300 for everything!!!! I know they say you get what you pay for, but in this case I got so much more PLUS Great customer service. I only wished they did other things like rims and tires! I certainly will be coming back! Thanks!

This place is awesome. Cheaper than lot other places around town. This company recommended by friend of mine who works for dealership, I think they take care of all their glass replacement jobs. They had nice little waiting area with no cable network just few local channels. Did not have open WIFI but went and asked the guy at front desk called Sam, he gave me password for WIFI then I went in browsing don't know how I passed about an two hours and got my windshield replaced on my Ford F150. They replaced all my old stickers including my EZ Tag without messing it up on to my new windshield. Good customer service very nice people. Sam explained about after care to make sure Crack windows little bit and remove tape after 24 hours and all. Thank u Hurricane Auto keep up the good work.

Right passenger window in 2007 4 cylinder Tacoma was broken into. They replaced it. Great job. No special instructions that you sometimes get with window replacement (most likely cuz of my location). They can replace in one day if you call before a certain time. I didn't do that because I was still calling around for pricing. But theirs were the cheapest in the area and on Google maps app, they allowed me to text them or something where I didn't have to talk to them which was great because I hate people and hate calling for pricing. Feel like I'm wasting their time. But many places don't post pricings. Anyways, on the day of the change, the next day, they called to remind me, they called to tell me hours before I would come out that they are behind and to come in 2 hours after my time so I don't have to wait. I loved that courtesy call a lot.

Experience with Hurricane Auto-Auto Glass Store & Window Tenting. I recently visited Hurricane Glass Services to have a warranty repair done on my BakFlip, WHICH WAS PURCHASED AT THIS LOCATION! Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The Hamza and Muhammed seemed more interested in upselling me a new BakFlip than honoring the warranty. They claimed to have contacted BakFlip to initiate the warranty process, but this was not the case. After reaching out to BakFlip directly, I discovered that Muhammad and Hamza never contacted them regarding the warranty repair. It's disappointing to encounter such dishonest business practices. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative service providers for their vehicle needs."
