I couldn’t wait to leave this review. It is currently 10:35 AM. I called this establishment at 9:10am To get a quote and availability. I am currently on my way back home with my brand new window. Aside from the amazing customer service on the phone and in person, They provide a welcoming, Well decorated, fun Waiting room while your vehicle is being serviced. Don’t think twice about coming here. I’ve literally recommended them to every group chat I’m in lol. Bless them and their business!!!

I love the customer service I received today. The good people of Hernandez auto took care my glass replacement in no time the service was very swift the waiting lounge was very nice and the price was very affordable! Hernandez did an awesome job with my car today !! 9/5/23 ! He was very professional and it didn’t take long at all . I call and asked for a quote and he texted me back with a reasonable price and got me in no time it wasn’t a long wait at all !! I highly recommend going to him if you need a window replacement!!! I will be back if needed !!

Happy New Year's Everyone 2025!!!! I called Hernandez Glass in need of help for my window. Will helped me with no problem and when I arrived. He seen me ASAP and cleaned the glass out and installed my window less than 30 mins. I recommend this place. Ask for Will. 💯🙏🏽💪🏾❤️

Visiting Memphis from Georgia, and found out at 8:30 this (Saturday)morning my truck passenger window had been busted out last night. I called Hernandez Auto, they said come right out, and by 11:30, William has taken care of everything and got me back on the road. Great place!
