HR Auto Glass

Absolutely horrible job. The guy came to fix a rock chip on my windshield. He charged me $90 and told me the crack will look better, but it won't disappear completely, and it won't spread further. Fifteen minutes later, he was apparently done, but the crack looked worse than before and you can feel the holes he drilled! Though it's early to tell if the spread will stop, I have no faith in their work.

I had a great experience with Hilario when he fixed my broken auto glass. The mobile service was a huge plus—way better than having to wait around at a shop. He came to me, which saved a ton of time. He was quick, professional, and the quality of work was top-notch. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend his services to anyone needing auto glass repair!

Had my window broken out while in LA this weekend. Tried to book an appointment with other places but didn’t get an answer or couldn’t get an appointment until next week. Call HR Auto Glass at 8:30 this morning and had an appointment for this afternoon. Hilario was wonderful. He Came right to my place of work and replace the window in about an hour. Window looks amazing and it was about $90 cheaper thank Safelite quoted me. Called yesterday for my windshield and had it installed today.. great service and excellent work! I had a few other glass companies tell me they can do it but never came through. This is my go to guy now for auto glass! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The night before I had to drive to Vegas, my widshield shattered. He was the only one open after 6:30. Early next morning he was replacing the windshield. He is the owner (didnt send a lackey). Takes pride in his work. Could have gouged me, he didn't. Great communication. All I can say is that Hilario is keeping his perfect record of 5 STARS. I am in Santa Barbara on vacation. Ha! I promised our daughter that I would detail her car. Turned out that it would be done over a 3-day period (my given nickname by our now 8-year-old granddaughter is Turtle), day 1 to wash, day 2 to clay bar, day 3 to wax and finish. During the waxing I backed her car into a wood storage area about 3-4 feet off the ground. The rear window shattered! That was not nice! I contacted my auto glass guy who I have used for 23 years in Arizona. He gave me the contact info for HR Auto Glass. This was based upon their reviews. The rest is history! Hilario, and his beautiful wife assisting, cleaned away all of the broken glass, installed the new rear window perfectly. They came to where I was staying and made the repair. They were professional, friendly, quick, priced appropriately (plus, I added forty dollars to the bill as I was feeling gratuitous), and left our daughter and me feeling very happy. They should be referred to by anyone! Especially those who know of their over 20-year reputation, job satisfaction level of customers (always 5 Stars), and good old fashioned right-on service, from the owner, Hilario, who shows his obvious love of his work and wanting to help others!
