Granite City Auto glass

5 Stars just isn’t enough for what this company deserves!!! First off, I am not one to leave a review, either good or bad, but this company deserves my time and consumers attention!! I own a bodyshop that opened our doors nearly 20 years ago; so we have seen our fair share of glass work, and glass companies. Granite City auto glass has been doing all of the glass work for my bodyshop since they opened! We had remembered the owner of the company (Nick’s) quality and care he exhibited when he worked for a previous glass shop we utilized, who we had ceased doing business with shortly after Nick left due to quality concerns. We, as a company, specialize in repairs that are completed adhering to OEM procedures and standards. When I tell you it was hard to find a glass shop that had the same morals and standards, that’s an understatement!! Fortunately, I was able to find a company with these same strict morals and values in Granite City Auto Glass!! After having many failed glass replacements by other companies, I am so grateful to say we have NEVER had a leaking windshield or any piece of glass after Granite City has touched/replaced it. Furthermore, we have never had them damage a vehicle removing a piece of glass, and just try hide it, like we had unfortunately been used to with prior glass shops we utilized! IF YOU WANT A QUALITY REPLACEMENT, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!

The company that I work for had one of our company vehicles get hit with a U-joint to the passenger side windshield from another vehicle - at 65 mph! Needless to say the our vehicle was undriveable. I called 4 other auto glass companies in the area. I chose Granite City Auto Glass as they were able to service our vehicle at the location that we needed them to come to - the next day!! Less than a 24-hour turnaround - you can't beat that. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and the price for the work was was right on point to what other auto glass companies were charging. Highly recommend!!!!

I've ran my own diesel shop for the last 5 years and granite city auto glass is the only company I call to cover everything from cars/ pickups to class 8 semi trucks. Very great work!!
