Grand Auto Glass

I have a 2010 Dodge Caliber and I had cracked the windshield. I called around and was quoted 300 + dollars. My budget was 200 so I called Grand Auto glass on a whim the receptionist was very friendly she told me she had the glass and it could be installed for 140.00. She told me first come first serve so I arrived at 8 the next morning. The installer told me they would have it installed in 2 hour. The service was spectacular the employees were friendly and the installation was perfect. They are known for tinting windows but I would highly recommend for any glass instillation....

Thought I’d give these folks a shot since they are very local to me and had good reviews. Walked in a soon as they opened to get a quote and see if they could do work today, and I was told they do by appointment only. Ok cool, when can we get it done and how much? “He doesn’t know they are very booked and his guy isn’t there today”. Ok so they don’t do walk ins and apparently don’t know how to make appointments either? And when I said ok I’ll guess I’ll have to go elsewhere, guys response “ok you do that” LMAO. These guys get 1 star for opening on time - so glad I didn’t let these guys do work on my antique truck now!

I walked in on a Monday morning needing a driver side window regulator. A worker walked up asked what I needed and he gave me the price, he said "it's going to be $75". I responded with "$75 is fine". He asked to me wait in the waiting area and he got to work. When it was done and I had to Pay, the lady said it was $175. I asked why so much if I got quoted $75 from the guy. The guy denied saying it and I wasnt going to go back and forth. I don't care if it was $175 or $200 ..or whatever amount it is, it's the principle. He gave me a price and that should be it. I needed the regulator anyways so I was going to pay whatever amount I had to pay. The lady said $75 even sounds not enough. How am I suppose to know how much a regulator cost or how much the labor is?I dont get this kind of service everyday .I just feel like I got robbed and can't do anything about it. To the next customers please make sure you guys pay and get a receipt for the work being done on your vehicle before they start doing the work. You don't want to be caught with a surprise like I was. hate to write a bad review to a neighborhood shop but just wanted to share my experience.

Got a quote from Safelite to replace my very rear glass which was completely outrageous, saw reviews about Grand Auto Glass and decided to give it a try. Gave them a call and they had the exact window I needed, 3 times less what Safelite had quoted me. I did not have to make an appointment, I walked in the same day. The quote they give you over the phone is what you will pay, unless further inspection notices more problems when you actually bring your vehicle in. I am pleased with their service.

I came out to my car in my parking lot after being sick and not driving it for two weeks to find a cracked windshield. As usual the insurance deductible for glass was higher than most places but just barely. I called several places and they all quoted me almost $500. Grand Auto Glass quoted me less than half of that, and had my windshield ordered and ready to be replaced the next day. It only took an hour and a half on a busy Saturday and they were super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Was referred by a friend after recieving high quotes for my rear hatch back window. This is the best glass repair shop I've ever had to encounter! I was given the best price, very reasonable. The men worked very fast and very professional! The gentleman, Max, (I think is his name) at the counter was very helpful and friendly!!! I refer them to everybody who may need any window repair. They do other work as well and are worth checking out. I will definitely use them again!
