Kyle and his son stayed late to fix a chip in my windshield! They were so kind and professional. Kyle wasn’t sure the repair would completely fix it, but he made sure I would get by for awhile! I really appreciated the service on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. Should the repair turn into a crack, I will return for a replacement windshield. Grandly Auto Glass was highly recommended by State Farm Insurance due to high rating and customer service. Kyle did not disappoint. We were traveling in Colorado, once we got in contact with Kyle he let us know when he would be able to service us and walked us through how the insurance payments would work. The day of service he picked up our vehicle before the set time and did a wonderful job replacing our windshield. plus he installed all of our stickers as they were on the glass as if nothing was damaged. He was also back before the time promised. He also calibrated all the sensors on the windshield with proof it was done. Kyle was a pleasure to talk to. Kyle did a great job replacing my cracked front windshield. He got me in for an appointment fast did the replacement in a timely fashion and even did rust repair on the windshield frame. Kyle does fantastic work and is a total professional and really nice guy! I make a point of the latter to differentiate from others in the business who don’t seem to care whether they get your business or not. Kyle keeps you informed!!!! But, to the real bottom line - he does great work. We had two chips in windshield which he repaired quickly making them invisible to our eyes. One was a fairly big “star” IMO but he handled it with ease! He came to our house after 5pm (to accommodate our schedule) which was also impressive.
