Found that they responded to all my needs in a very quick and timely manner. Was able to locate me a replacement side window for my 99 Yukon which has been discontinued that other shops could not find. The workers were very polite and cleaned up the entire area where work was being done. I called this morning and he answered right away I gave the details on my car side driver window and he called back promptly with a quote they came straight to our house I didn't have to drive with sitting on glass or anything they cleaned up all the glass from my grass that they could friendly and fast work. Great deal and cheapest in town I called around a few other places to be given text messages sent with links and high quotes. Gonzo's is the best I'll use them again and I reccomend them a 5* rating and to any of my friends.

I called him Friday evening around 7pm and he was here at my home by 8 am the next morning. I own a Jeep so I had all the “Jeep” extras like a light bar and brackets and such. He removed them without Socrates or damages put the new windshield on and put the extra back on. Quality fast work. And he was cheaper than anyone else by atleast $100. Unfortunately a tree misplaced it’s branch in my car windshield during a storm. Gonzos came to look at the car within 20 minutes of calling, he drove to Dallas to pick up the window (not a super popular car) and the next day was at my place and had it replaced in now time. Mr. Gomzo. Came off as very nice and welcoming I explained to them about a windshield and I can afford 245$ as he was cleaning the window rust off my truck he mentioned there was some type of glue he needed and that was an extra 50$ I looked at him like really? I thought it was 245. So he out of no where up charged me. I was so upset. I said you need the * special glue right so why didn't u mention this ? It seemed wrong how he said I had to have it and it wasn't included. To me 50 extra is 50 extra. So I thought I'd add my conversation to Google so they can know what happened . I got my windshield onn. He also forgot to add my rear view mirror.

Terrible service highly recommend do not use.I called around this was my 1st quote I got.I gave him my address and information for the glass repair he told me no tax if cash was the first red flag. Told him I would need a receipt and that my window is the back tinted window standard for my car. He said he had it came and did the installation I come out for payment he instantly tells me will take 20 off for back window that has no tint. I informed him I do not want that window it’s not even the same as the other sides. He tells me how he get the best glass and etc which is not true.the window had no tint he tells me it is tinted I have privacy tint. My vehicle is standard. He knew the make and model and seen the other side and still installed the wrong window. I asked him why he didn’t call me when he seen it didn’t match to let me make the decision. when he started cursing and saying I’m being difficult and playing.Which I was neither. I paid for the one window that was clear and correct for my front side. He drove off never giving me my receipt after I asked again and call and texted for receipt.He is now not answering or responding. Stay away from this company if you trying to get what you pay for. He charges high price and will try to get over on you. And say some stuff about the glue he uses is extra and he took the window off left the glue all over my vehicle which has got dry and hard and I will have to pay someone else to remove and install the proper window.
