Working with Glass America has been a long and frustrating experience. When first requesting a quote the only thing I was able to provide was my vehicle make and model, as well as my VIN. I did so and it showed that the glass needed for my car was in stock and allowed me to schedule my appointment for Saturday 5/18. I was then called on 5/17 and told that they had actually had to special order the glass and it would not be in for my original appointment the next day. I was then told that they did not service my area on Saturdays and I would have to make an appointment during the week. My work does not allow unaffiliated contractors on site so I had to take the day off in order to be available for the rescheduled appointment on Tuesday 5/21. On 5/21 the technician arrived but told me that he did not have the right glass. He said that providing the VIN number is not always enough information to get the correct glass so why did no one reach out prior to ask the necessary questions and order the correct glass? When I was called back by the local office to reschedule AGAIN, they were not understanding of the inconvenience of taking time off work only for it to be a waste. The only courtesy offered was to make an exception and provide the service on a Saturday at my request. My appointment was rescheduled for 5/25. Late on 5/23 the local office contacted me to let me know that the glass they had ordered had come in damaged. Not their fault but incredibly frustrating that now we would have to reschedule for a third time. My appointment was rescheduled for 6/1 and that morning I received a message saying that the technician would arrive between 8am-12pm. The technician, Devonte, called me at 12:00pm asking if I was available and said that he had not been informed of the same service window that I had been. He arrived around 12:45 and was very polite and professional. He finished up around 2:00 pm and when I went outside to pay, he let me know that in the process of replacing the glass, my rear view mirror broke and would no longer correctly attach to the window. He said that he wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone because it was Saturday but would put it in the notes and someone would reach out to me on Monday 6/3 about having it replaced. No one reached out so I called today 6/5 and no notes had been left regarding the mirror. Devonte was very nice and the glass replacement was fine but over all this has been a disappointing experience and the way it’s been handled by the scheduling office has been less than professional. I would not use glass America again and I just want my mirror replaced so I can be done with this weeks-long headache of a process.

Just finished building a desk with my daughter. Called G2 (Glass gurus) spoke to Beth mid morning. Gave her the measurements. Beth created the order and addressed some questions -very professional . Received a call later SAME DAY. Order ready. She stayed later for us to pick it up after work. They packed it up very nicely. Just finished installation. Looks great! Delivering glass with a lot of class! Give them a call you will be glad you did. They do mirrors and frames for bathrooms too. Know where I am going when I need a shower door! Thank you again G2.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Glass America single handedly ruined our brand new car. 2018 Honda CRV with 3000 miles. They bent up the roof moldings, broke clips, left misc clips out (found some under the car), put dents in the roof and fender from prying clips and moldings off, and left the car completely filthy with dirt, windshield glue, and body sweat. I have never experience such unprofessionalism. After my call to complain they gave me and my insurance company the run around and it was like pulling teeth to get things fixed. Here we are a month later and the car is finally fixed. They said they would get back with us about compensation for our time and troubles but when I called "i cant find your information in our system". I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

It happens. You are driving along and out of nowhere there is a chip and instantly a crack in your windshield. That is what happened to me on Monday morning this week. There is always that dread that settles in your stomach thinking this is going to cost. I made calls right away to compare prices. I called my insurance company to see if we had any windshield coverage and the answer was no. I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to see if any of the packages included windshield repair and again, no. Both places did give me recommendations on where to call for quotes. I reached out to Glass America and one other company. Within moments it was clear that Glass America’s pricing was the way to go, saving me hundreds over the other option. The price was low enough to pay out of pocket without even thinking about my $500 deductible. Communication - Stellar!!! Today is Wednesday, August 6, 2025, just two days after I called for that quote, and my windshield on my 2022 Jeep Compass is fixed, calibrated, and ready to go. No car washes for four days while the glue cures, but otherwise I am good to go. The people I dealt with, Kary, Keri, and Ray, were top notch. Looking at the bill, I even saw a discount I never asked for. Ray was fantastic. He called me in the morning with an ETA, showed up at my office, I handed him my key, and two hours later it was done. I paid instantly with a credit card. The service was quick, polite, and I truly could not have asked for better. If I could give six stars, I would. Perfect!

Extremely happy with our experience with Glass America. We had a back window of our truck busted out, and I called another company (Let's just say it's the one we always hear commercials for with the super catchy jingle). They were outrageously priced and charged for coming to us AND wouldn't be able to get to us for an entire week. So, I found Glass America. Got on their website to get a quote. They called me within five minutes to make sure I wanted to continue. They called to make sure of the type of glass and give me an appointment time...I originally talked to them about 8:30. My window was fixed before noon. They were timely, professional, cleaned up their mess, and extremely reasonably priced. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future!PositivePunctuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto side window replacement

Called Thursday to get a quote. Was quoted $308 for a new windshield on my 81 corvette. Said they would come out that Saturday morning at my house and get it replaced. Was called Friday and was told that they can’t come out and needed to reschedule. Was then told glass would need to be ordered a week out. Then was told it would be more like $400. I would also have to tow my car to the shop for them to work on it. Complete bait and switch. Didn’t know it was so difficult to work on a classic car. No electronics. No sensors to calibrate. It’s just glass.
